Was a scam ad! Buy 1 get 1 free! But never sent the 2nd pair! I wouldn’t have paid that money for 1 pair.
Do not trust this seller!

Scam site. Drop shipping from China with poor quality products that are not even good knock-offs of what is advertised.
While they respond to concerns they refuse to even advise of a return address let alone offer a refund in line with the consumer guarantees act.
Do not buy from this retailer.

I bought 2 pairs of orthopedic boots, size 40. One blue and one black.
When they arrived one pair, the black one, was clearly smaller than the other. So I took a photo and sent it to them, requesting they send me the black pair in the correct size.
They emailed back asking for a photo of the product sizing, which I sent. They then emailed back saying they had sent the correct size.
I explained again that the pairs were clearly different sizes and they have refused to respond.
The product quality is poor, the shoe sizing is slightly smaller than NZ standard sizing and their follow up is dreadful. Do not buy from this company.

The goods finally arrived about 3 weeks from order absolute rubbish definitely not Orthotic shoes, 2 weeks ago tried to get a return address to send back product no replies have been received and am still getting store adverts....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE....

I wasn't expecting the shoes to arrive at all after realising soon after purchase this was a misleading ad and fictitious boutique store, but after about 3 weeks they were delivered. They arrived in bubble wrap smelling strongly of chemicals. Definitely not from a kiwi boutique store closing down after 10 years. They appear to be from China. Shoes actually do look the same as I purchased and are wearable, but the boots are too small, so my bad for not doing research first.

I just got my boot, so happy real leather Lucy high heel boot, the only downside is that I waited too long.

They sent absolute rubbish boots which were misleading in the so call Skechers add. A child can fit the size they sent me also. Be aware of misleading FACEBOOK adds!. $80 for rubbish😡

I received the shoes I bought, they did not fit. I've emailed for a return address and they offered to exchange but I said no I want a refund. Have heard nothing more from them after emailing several times.

Rubbishy plastic cheap products overpriced and poor quality, any returns YOU have to send back to Asia, it's a ripoff don't buy from this website. Contact is non existent ...through an email address which they don't respond to

Absolute scam site. NOT a NZ based family store that has been operating for 10years. They are newly registered, with no address or phone number to contact them through. Only an email address they do not respond to. Confirmation/postage notification email leads to site which is unable to provide any details on shipment.

Instinct told me to find out more info, and make sure the 'store' is not a scam. It came up on my Instagram feed - sooo glad I came onto this site and read the reviews. If no Wanaka store ever existed, this has got to be a scam. BE VERY WEARY of this online store!

I'm positive this company is the same as Adore-Fashion. It has the exact same product pictures with the same, but even more fake, claims on the site e.g. a husband and wife team etc. They say they have been operating a store in Wanaka for 10 years except there is no record of this store ever existing.
You can find some of the shoes on over 70 different sites including AliExpress and ebay (to give you an idea of the quality). I will happily withdraw this review if proof of the store is provided.
