Cute handles!

The handles came in good time, were easy to fit and look adorable! They brightened up a very boring wardrobe.

Rubbish

Rubbish. Sent me the wrong door Nobbs when I asked for them to be exchanged they said I’d have to repackage some printer label take them to the post office and post them back and then when they receive them, they’d send me some new ones. I live in the middle of nowhere all of this would take me a considerable amount of time. I’ve had precious little apology. I’m very happy for them to collect the wrong items but if they aren’t sufficiently organised to send out the correct items it’s totally unreasonable to put a customer to say much trouble. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They seem to be getting increasingly slack and rude.

Poor quality items which matches their customer service!

As is often the case with negative reviews, I gave 1 star because of necessity! I purchased 3 different handles purely as samples. Two of them looked as featured on the company website. Unfortunately, the experience was totally marred by the the stone and brass one.
Even taking into consideration monitor differences, natural material etc,etc etc it is appalling to think the company could consider this item even remotely representative of the product on their website, besides which the brass trim was rusty and scratched (clearly been used before). I did message the company regarding this, but received no response. As I pointed out to them, my only consolation is I purchased one item and therefore my expenditure (and therefore waste) was minimal, possibly this is why their customer service is so poor!
