I had overtightened one of the knobs when fitting it so, on informing Lucy of this, she added a free knob with my next order. This represents good service and an awareness of the importance of customer satisfaction. We'll done K & Bs !

Beautiful wardrobe door knobs

281675/220226/62 just opened them today and one has a big chip. Chip is not in the packaging so was clearly sent out like it......I can twist it to him debit underneath but that's not really good.
