Rücksendung aus dubiosen Gründen nicht auszahlbar! Fadenscheinige Ausreden werden immer wieder als Grund angegeben. FINGER WEG!

Außerdem ist der Betrag 2 x von Paypal abgebucht worden.

Nach erfolgloser Stornierung, da angeblich schon versandt war, habe ich im Vorfeld der Lieferankündigung von DHL die Annahme verweigert, dann das Problem an Paypal gemeldet mit adrohung Anwalt usw. und dass es von Paypal eine Sauerei ist, ungeprüft zu bezahlen. Daraufhin due 2 Lastschriften zurückgegeben, Paypal Konto sofort aufgelöst, dann noch diverser Schriftwechsel, immer mit Anwaltdrohung, zuletzt hat es geklappt, Ware zurückgenommen und Info von Klavv an Paypal, dass alles erledigt ist. Allerdings braucht man Zeut, Geduld und jeglichen Schriftwechsel!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I TRIED TO CANCEL AMD ORDER A MINUTE AFTER ORDERING AS I REALISED THEY HAD DOUBLE MY ORDER TO BE TOLD SORRY YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PACKED AMD PICKED UP BY COURIERS.
Now received and trying to send them back for a refund and they won’t reply to my emails to get a return label.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Ich kann nur sagen Finger weg von diesem Shop beim Bezahlvorgang wird meistens eine zweite Bestellung ausgelöst. Nach sofortige Reklamation bekommt man nur die Antwort. Bestellung wurde schon verschickt. Ich streite seit Wochen, damit ich mein Geld zurückbekomme aussichtslos.
Ach ja, das Produkt ist auch grottenschlecht, also Finger weg.

Please please DON’T order from this company. They scam you big time. Can’t do a refund after contacting them 10min after purchase as they have a link that makes you buy more as no other options. Just leave them alone. I am. Ow out of pocket sooooo much as they don’t care about that.

I only wanted to order one bag of their product to try it out. I could not alter their order form so instead of 1 bag I received 6 for over $200. Cdn. I tried repeatedly to cancel my order but was told it was too late already been shipped! All within 1 minute. I have now been referred to “the refund department”. I would be surprised if that really exists. So disappointed.

I wanted to give a follow-up review about this company because sometimes they do better but it is not the case this time. This company runs under a bigger company Parmtrade which is not on here so I can't give a review for them or I would. After not being able to cancel the order I opened a ticket with the payment provider which prevented them from helping me with a return and refund. So after receiving the product (I did not want), I told myself, might as well try it, right? I got in touch with them to tell them that I canceled the ticket and I would liketo know what the guarantee terms were to be told that because I had a case opened (even if it's not anymore) they wouldn't be able to help me with return refund. Seriously? I closed the ticket exactly in order to, if needed, be able to get help from them, to be told they would not help either way? Thi.v.. I just can't believe it! thats all

I would actually give a 0 if I could. I tried to cancel an order literally 5 mins after the fact through a medium called "refund in minutes" (yeah right) to the company under which their baner is " Parmtrade" (can't write a review about them, they are not yet on trustpilot(should be), I would give them a 1☆ too),because the price was not what I expected and they answered only 5h later to say that the order has already been fulfilled. Now what? I have to wait to get a product that I do not want? Not cool!(politely put)Not impressed!

Der Bestellvorgang ist so angelegt, dass man unbeabsichtigt mehr bestellt. Auch bei sofortigem Widerruf wird diesem nicht entsprochen und man erhält eine deutlich größere und teurere Lieferung als gewünscht. Zur Wirkung des Präparates kann ich noch nichts sagen.
