⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Affiliate Experience with KKUSO

My affiliate orders with KKUSO have been pending for a long time, and my commissions remain unpaid. I have sent multiple emails, but my messages are read without any response. There seems to be no reliable support to handle affiliate issues or payment requests.

It is frustrating to generate orders and earn commissions but receive neither payment nor a clear explanation. I hope KKUSO takes this issue seriously and resolves it promptly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this affiliate program.

Absolutely awful customer service and a shipping process that seems like a complete shambles. I’ve been given conflicting information about whether my orders had been dispatched, where they were, and how they were being shipped. Their own staff admitted the information I’d received wasn’t accurate.

I requested cancellations and refunds. One was agreed, but the refund, which was promised last week, still hasn’t arrived. The other item was supposedly on a vessel to Australia, with delivery also promised last week. That deadline has passed, and customer service has gone quiet. The order was placed on 28 August, nearly seven weeks ago.

The whole experience has been frustrating, exhausting and completely lacking in transparency. I’ve had to lodge a bank dispute just to try to get this resolved.

Avoid this company. DO NOT BUY

Product advertised as in stock with 3 day dispatch time. My order should have arrived by now but no update and customer service does not responding. Avoid buying from this brand.

Customer service is extremely questionable. I ordered a couch at the start of August with delivery set for late September. As I purchased it as a gift, I requested if I could please get the couch earlier to align with their birthday. They said it was possible to receive a part of the delivery and the rest later. I accepted this in a appreciative manner, and they said they would update me as soon as they heard news. I then sent 3 follow up emails to confirm and only got a response on the third after over a week of no response. Finally when they responded they generously offered a complementary set of cushions to go with the couch, and said they would prioritise my order and get it dispatched as soon as possible and update me on production and dispatch. I then emailed later just before the dispatch date to confirm delivery only to be notified that the dispatch date would be delayed by a further two weeks minimum with no confirmed dispatch date. Pretty poor customer service for the amount of money spent on the products. I would hope they use this review as a way to evaluate their systems.

Super excited to order a Kkuso chair, having seen my friends. Instant confirmation and despite 2/3 day dispatch promise (longer for filled, which I ordered) I have heard nothing after 11 days. No replies to emails and no other way to contact them. Have seen similar comments on their instagram posts, which they don’t reply to despite continuing to post promotions daily.
Considering getting my bank to cancel the transaction. If I had not seen one in real life, I would think this was a scam site by now.

Be careful! This company advertises FREE SHIPPING -METRO AREAS when you are looking a product, but charges AU$99 for shipping to metro areas in the checkout page. I contacted them via their website chat interface and direct email, but only got a reply when I raised the issue on their Instagram page. When asked about their misleading free shipping deal They came up with conditions that were not clearly stated and claimed I should have "clicked" the sentence FREE SHIPPING - METRO AREAS to see what they meant by it. They did not have a "conditions apply" anywhere easy to be seen. They did not honour the free shipping advertisement and I did not proceed with the purchase.
