I purchased some Wusthof knives from Kitchensmart. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. They were very helpful as I had some technical questions about the product. Instead of trying to upsell me, they guided me for the correct items.
Very happy with my experience. Ordered a pressure pot and it was delivered on time

I bought a deBuyer Mineral B Element 12.5" Paella Pan from Kitchensmart.ca. The delivery was prompt and well-packaged. With their service, I'm pleased. It is a trustworthy seller.

I ordered a set of pans. They were shipped to me and arrived faster than the date that was promised. I love the pans they are amazing quality. This is a great store and would definately order again. The service I received was excellent.
I don’t recommend shopping here. They sent me an already broken Le Creuset in an opened box looking used. They didn’t even secure the good in the parcel, basically a brown paper wrapped it … no padding whatsoever. I returned it and they were supposed to send me a new and intact one but I received the same one in the bottom, with a new cover…still damaged. I will never spend my money on this webshop. I really do not recommend this shopping experience to no one.
I placed an order for a birthday present and 15 days later, still no notice that the offer has been shipped. I tried calling and emailing customer service and have not received an answer. They promised that the order would be delivered in 10-15 days and it's still not even shipped.
In COVID-19 situation Kitchensmart Canada is doing an excellent job, very cooperative staff. Prices are reasonable and fair and I got my delivery on time and in excellent condition. I am very happy with their services and will definitely recommend to use them
I placed an order for a very expensive All Clad cookware set (about $1500). They shipped the item within 2 days after I ordered it. I was pretty apprehensive at first, but found the service and delivery to be fantastic.

Ordered on November 24th, needing it for December 23rd. I even got expedieted shipping- It was supposed to arrive in 10 days. That seems like plenty of time!? Nope. After about 1.5 weeks and no shipping confirmation I called, called again a few days later, emailed, dmed on instagram, and called again later! Finally got a call back Around a week and a half after my initial call and they told me one item wasn’t in stock so they were waiting to send the whole order- they asked if I wanted the rest shipped early- UH DUH. When I ordered from the Bay the same day they sent half my package because some items werent in stock- but I still got both packages after about two weeks after ordering!! Was hoping to get the rest of the package for the 23rd but it isn’t going to arrive until the 24th :( Just go to the Bay- they have a lot of the same products and are so much more reliable for the $5 price difference.
Ordered a Zwilling knife in August---still haven't recieved it (December!!).
I placed an order on their website. I received an email to say they were processing the order. Almost 1 month later I had heard nothing so phoned. They assured me that my order was being processed as "incoming". I said I wanted to make sure the order was coming. They again assured me. Within 20 minutes I received a cancellation email with no explanation. What would have happened if I didn't phone? Frustrating
The customer Service at kitchen smart is not a good one, order taking more than 10 days and there is no notifications of delay. When I call in inquire about the waiting times, a customer service is not a pleasant to answer to make me feel better for the time of waiting and she hung up on me. Hope she is not the owner, and if she is not . Hope her boss know the way she performed for her job.
