Good furniture at a competitive price
Good furniture at a competitive price, supplied quickly and conveniently. The website provided, what proved to be a very accurate description and pictures of the products. Comms between them and us were prompt and timely. But, the real reason they score 5 stars was the delivery experience. Nick and Symon provided a brilliant delivery experience, with excellent updates on delivery time, advice on assembly, and detailed instructions on aftercare and getting the best out of our teak furniture. Well done, chaps.

The rep at the show was helpful and…
The rep at the show was helpful and friendly answered any questions and explained everything well. We were kept informed by email about when the furniture would be delivered and we only had to wait a week which was great. The delivery team Nick and Symon arrived at the time they said they would. They were both really friendly and happily assembled the furniture and then explained in detail how to care for the furniture. They cleared the packaging and took it away. All in all it was a great experience from purchasing the product to seeing it in our garden. Special thanks to Nick and Symon as they weee so helpful and friendly they truly do care about customer service

purchased a table and chair set from…
purchased a table and chair set from garden show , very helpful sale person , after the furniture was delivered we notice slight damage to one of the sections of teak,sent one email and the immediate action started to sort the problem
two first class guys came to repair the table but felt the repair could not be done to their high standards so they got a new table off the van , assembled it and swapped them over

Excellent customer service
We purchased a dining set and bench in June. The parasol when up swiveled. We contacted the firm and were told this could be remedied with an adjustment requiring drilling to the pole and additionally the installation of a heavy metal base. We were also concerned by what we could only describe as streaking on parts of the furniture. The response from Kingsley Symthe was prompt with Nick and Jay visiting us the following day to address the issue of the parasol and the marks on the furniture. We could not have asked for a better team ! They were excellent. With regard to the parasol, they did the necessary work, ensured it was firmly fixed as required and clearly demonstrated what we needed to do when raising the parasol.
With regard to the streaking on the furniture, they explained that it was on parts that had not had the same level of sun exposure and assured us that with weathering, the streaking would fade away. They were very knowledgeable and also advised us on care and maintenance.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were friendly , professional and very patient with answering all our questions! They are a credit to the company.
Overall based on our experience, we can recommend this business with excellent customer service.

Ordered a garden set 25th May and still…
Ordered a garden set 25th May and still waiting. A week after placing the order I chased as had heard nothing. This clearly prompted them into acton as I then received an email confirming my order. It was 11th June before they finally delivered completely the wrong table and a poor quality bench and chair. Raised it with them to receive a replacement order on email which I pointed out was the same wrong table again but was assured the right table would be delivered. Had to even then send them photos of what we had ordered and wait until today 2nd July for a 2nd attempt at delivery. Delivered the wrong table yet again which I sent back and the replacement bench and chair were equally not fit for purpose..... .still no idea if we will ever get the furniture!

One of our team members has personally taken ownership of your order to ensure that all items are delivered in the correct condition and to help bring this matter to a resolution. Unfortunately, due to ongoing updates within our system, the internal notes relating to your order did not transfer correctly to the picking slip, resulting in the incorrect table being sent on more than one occasion. We sincerely apologise for this oversight.
As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we began making arrangements to resolve it as quickly as possible. The team have since emailed you with two alternative delivery dates and have also offered a full refund should you prefer not to proceed with the order.
