I would have no hesitation in recommending Kingsbridge. Staff very helpful.
Better signage would help.

Totally amazing from we arrived until we left from consultant to nurses they made everything so easy and was so well looked after.

The nurse i saw was absolutely lovely. Made me feel so at ease and totally relaxed. Kathryn Slattery was a joy to visit. When you are almost 70 and have to pul your trousers down it can be embarrassing, but Kathryn put me at ease right away. First class service.

The appointment went quickly and efficiently. I was seen within five minutes of arrival. Staff where knowledgeable and friendly.

Consultant was very patient and thorough in his explanations. The only negative is that we had agreed a telephone appointment but I received a face to face review that made me anxious about the results of my brain scan but it was an administrative error on the part of whoever sent out the appointment. He showed me the note he’d left which said both to be offered as scan was clear. He was very kind

From start to finish the staff were so friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus driver from the carpark and back again was the nicest guy, very accommodating and just helped you feel at ease. I couldn’t find fault in anything.

The initial consultation and investigative procedures took place quite quickly at the end of August however it took until the 28th Oct to get an appointment with the consultant to discuss the results. I had to ring the hospital to ask what was happening and got the impression I had been overlooked.

Nice building. Friendly receptionist, nice waiting area and drinks machine. No prolonged waiting.
Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly clinician.
All in all a very positive experience for us and our neurodivergent child

From entering the hospital to my discharge all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. When on call nothing was too difficult to ask staff for and no question, at any time, was too difficult to ask and get an answer to. Day time staff and night time staff were equally attentive. Thank you all.

The treatment was excellent. The surgeon was very reassuring. Her whole team were kind, friendly and polite. I was made to feel cared for and very comfortable. The surroundings were spotless and calming.

Friendly and efficient Staff making me feel at ease and no long waiting

My full hip replacement operation went like clockwork, all staff at KIngsbridge were so friendly, informative, attentive and professional. My procedure, pain relief and rehab were all well explained before hand, my discharge pack was so detailed and covered everything i required.

The staff were lovely and so caring the whole way through the procedure. Everything explained so I knew what to expect. Really welcomed the cup of coffee and raspberry and white chocolate scone at the finish of my treatment.
