Excellent put very much at ease and know am in safe hands for my hip replacement , very pleasant staff , so helpful

From the moment I went in to book in the staff were do obliging . Brought to my ward and David Milligan the surgeon came into me and explained about been prepped for surgery .went down to theatre and knee replacement was carried out .
Back to my room when anaesthetic died off. Physios came in to me to see how much movement I had so brought me for a few short steps on zimmer frame. Came bk in on the hour for 2 more goes at walking with the crutches and were happy with. Me . David Milligan came in to see me then and said he looked at the X-rays they took post surgery and that all was good .. He returned to me early this morning to wish me the best in recover and would see me in 3 months for a follow up on how I was progressing .
The nurses were incredible in their efficiency coming into ward to see did I need pain killers or any other assistance ,
They were total professional .

More notice to change of surgery time. Admission scheduled for 7am on 1st Nov then phone call on Friday telling me to report at 12 Noon. Then sat in a room for 4hours before going for surgery.
No meal given on Sunday night also as I have Coeliac disease I noticed a very poor choice of gluten free food available. Each time I was given a cup of tea I was also given a biscuit which wasn’t gluten free and had to keep reminding staff that I am Coeliac.

Yet again at my checkup, the staff were very friendly, even those in the corridor walking past. I was treated professionally yet like family. I cannot recomend Kingsbridge highly enough!

Haven’t a bad word to say. From start to finish my experience has been excellent, Dr. Skelly & all the nurses have been fantastic. Explained everything & was very clear on what was to happen & possible implications. Very, very highly recommend!

Dr Michael McMullan is friendly and so professional. Everything went seamless on day of operation. Nurses very helpful.

Alison and Claire were very polite, friendly and patient focussed.

Mr Brendan Skelly was amazing so kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and consultation. Mr. Skelly in the consultation knew the issue as soon as he saw and sure I knew exactly what to expect from beginning to end.

Also I cannot thank the incredible nursing staff enough. From the scrub nurses in the surgical room who held my hand and spoke about everything and anything to keep me calm and comfortable to the outpatient nurses who took care of me before and after. I cannot thank the whole team who took care of me enough !

Surgeon did a very good job with my laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Review at 6 weeks allowed me to feedback directly to surgeon and ask questions. I feel I have recovered well and am impressed with the surgeon’s skill and the care provided by the anaesthetist and nursing staff. Thank you.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr Guranathan. He did a minor procedure relating to my operation. I asked details of my operation. He explained fully. Instruction given as to how to proceed with future medication. I am very happy with my consultant.

I was very thankful for the appointment with Mr McBride who was very competent in his job and gave me great reassurance

Always seen at the time I’ve been giving and the staff are always so friendly and supportive and any questions are always answered
