Love my Kueco Bathroom Cabinet and it lasted well over 10 years without any problems at all, until the pull cord failed. Although a discontinued model, and with no spares available online, I contacted the company and they not only sourced one but also sent it to me free of charge.

I fitted one of Keuco's shower Grab Bars for a friend recently (they are recovering from a stroke so needed something to help in the shower). Quality product bought through one of the big online retailers; it's circular and has a built in soap dish, which helps disguise it's true purpose, making it look perfectly in place in their very stylish (and expensive) bathroom.
Unfortunately whilst fitting it I lost one of the 3 grubscrews that hold the ring to the wall fixings. One email to Keuco later and up steps Gemma. I only asked for the spec so I could go buy one, but a free replacement was in the first class post by the end of the day! Fantastic level of customer service. Can't recommend them enough in this day and age. Yes, cheaper grab bars are available, but you get what you pay for, and in this case that includes a classy well made product and first rate customer service from a very pleasant lady. Well done Keuco!

Seit Ende 2023 warten wir auf Badezimmermöbel und Armaturen. Die Firma Fohrer, über welche wir die Ware bestellt hatten, teilte uns vor über 6 Wochen mit, dass die Ware im Lager ist, worauf unser Sanitärbetrieb vor 4 Wochen die Arbeiten der Badsanierung begonnen hat. Seit 1,5 Wochen stehen wir ohne Bad da, weil der Waschtisch und einige Teile doch nicht auf Lager waren und wir wissen aktuell auch nicht wann die Ware geliefert werden kann...

No after sales service. After five years 2.000 euro bath set is broken. No reaction.

Zeepdispenser van over de honderd euro binnen drie jaar kapot. Contact opgenomen met Keuco. We zouden zelf een nieuwe dispenser moeten aanschaffen… prijs kunnen ze niet geven, is afhankelijk van de dealer in de buurt… slechte service en matige kwaliteit voor die prijs. Erg jammer…

Top Design aber Mängel in der Langzeithaltbarkeit
wir haben vor 15 Jahren einen Spiegelschrank der Fa. Keuco erworben. Nach einigen Jahren versagte die Magnethalterung der Spiegeltür. Die Tür hält im geschlossenen Zustand nicht.Der Austausch des Magneten ist nur möglich, wenn der komplette Spiegelschrank demontiert wird. Jetzt hat sich auch noch die Halterung, mit welcher die Tür geöffnet werden kann gelockert. Bei einem so hochwertigen Schrank hätte ich insgesamt eine bessere Haltbarkeit erwartet.

Gute Qualität, Design auch Top.

Other units have now gone on my other edition 300 cabinet
And no sympathy or liability
From new guys at keuco

For these parts which are not fit for purpose
And now discontinued by keuco
In their new style cabinets
I will have to complain directly to Germany again
But keep getting referred to these uk
New people
Replacements were sent out last time no problem as they admitted they were problematic and prone to failure
Not happy being asked for around £200
For new ones now
After their previous admissions
And other replacements and
Using age of cabinet should not be used as a get out clause for these problematic parts
New team (since 2019) seem to stick together and
Not admit liability at all

Considering what I learned about these two cabinets (over£3000) spent originally
And should have pressed for two sets of replacement gas struts then
If I knew how awkward they were going to behave with these new guys at the helm

I have a Keuco bathroom cabinet and required some extra shelf supports to replace broken ones.
The gentleman who I spoke to very kindly said he would put some in the post.
They duly arrived a couple of days later, entirely free of charge.

I needed a spare electrical part for my Keuco mirror, which was installed more than 10 years ago. Kati corresponded vey efficiently with me and persevered to identify and source the required part by leasing with Germany.
I very much appreciated the way everything was handled which reflected well on the Company.

Placed my order by phone with a very nice helpful lady on the Wednesday and it arrived first thing Friday. Now that's what I call good customer service. Other companies,please take note. I'd been waiting for this part from a local supplier for about 3 months. Just one phone call to these people and the jobs a good un. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Excellent customer service. 5 years after installation of a bathroom cabinet, one of the hinges broke. No quibble replacement sent very quickly free.
