Brilliant company and speedy too. My 8 year old Kenwood Chef had a slight accident and afterwards the motor sounded very rough. Found Kenwood Chef Restore online and realised they are based locally to me. Contacted Alexander and was able to drop off my Chef to him the following day. The motor definitely need replacing and I had a service as well. 5 days later it was ready to collect.

I have used them for repairs, bought a couple of machines they restored and have bought parts from them too. They are extremely knowledgeable, totally professional and honest. Everything was done absolutely right, parts fitted my machines and all shipped super fast and arrived in good condition.

I needed just the flexible part of my flexible mixer attachment for an old Kenwood Chef.
Kenwood Chef Restore was the only company (of the several online companies selling spares) who confirmed it would fit my mixer attachment.
The others tried to sell me the much more expensive whole replacement head.
My order arrived really quickly, and is a perfect fit.
Customer services responded to my emails really quickly too.

I inherited a 1960s Kenwood Chef A701/A mixer when my Mum passed away but it was in a bad state of repair and stopped working. Alexander has fully restored it back to full working order and it now looks like new and runs amazingly! Communication from Alexander and progress updates along the way were great and the end result is far better than I imagined was possible for a 60-year old machine. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I sent my 60 year old Kenwood Chef to Bridgewater about 10 days ago requesting a repair to the liquidiser mechanism along with a request for a first-time service. Today, it was returned with a detailed description of the work done. The cost, including a fully covered and tracked provision, was way more than fair. I am delighted.”
