This guy is the ultimate when it comes to quality spares and help. Nothing is ever any trouble and he will always help resolve my technical issues when they arise. Spare parts are shipped promptly at a reasonable postage cost and I have no issues continuing to use his spares or his service. 5• all round
Very SURLY attitude. Not helpful in the least. I called to enquire about a quite expensive item and I wanted to make sure I was ordering the correct one. When I asked him about it he wouldn't even confirm the manufacturer number for me, saying he wasn't on a computer and didn't spend his life on a computer which begs the question what is he doing taking orders online if he doesn't use a computer? when he called me he said he was in his warehouse packing orders at the time. What he should have said, politely and calmly is " I will check on that in a couple of minutes and get back to you presently, can you send me an email so that I can get back to you about that?" That was all he needed to say but no, he chose to be rude and snap at me for having the audacity to ask a question instead. I will go to his competitor now as he's lost a sale and my recommendation to other people in the same situation. As for this review, I only gave him one star because I had to. This muppet doesn't deserve a star. Way to run you business into the ground and drive customers away. Learn from American customer service, it's one of the things they actually do well, and greet your customers with a good attitude and if your having a bad day, leave it outside. attitude matters and comes across on the phone. When he saw the review he called me and instead of explaining and apologising as any normal company would do, a bit of damage limitation, I had a call from him ranting down the phone at me, I had purchased the item on his ebay store at extra expense, he cancelled the purchase and returned the money to my paypal account. I had purchased it by mistake as I didn't mean to buy from him but it shows how he tried to bully me into removing my review. probably would have been best to do that BEFORE cancelling that sale. I'm not in a hurry for it and I still have my money so who's lost out there? You really need some training on how to speak to people, especially customers!!!

i would stay away from this fella, i would like to think how hmrc feel about this practice
Lets be clear, that this seller tried to fob people reading this that i purchased from ebay, which would be difficult considering i don't use ebay.

The buyer purchased from eBay not my website. It was explained that although I am VAT registered, eBay collect the VAT due. As he was a International buyer, no VAT was collected by eBay. So I was correct in what I told him, but obviously he couldn't grasp basic English
