Delivery was quick from KF and initial impressions upon opening the box were good. The gimbal was housed in a shaped styrofoam packaging, really liked the feel of this gimbal with its rugged design and solid construction. Gimbal is made of aluminium alloy and plastic, it has a good weight and felt good in the hand and not fragile. Fitting to the camera was easy with the quick release base plate and the camera moved really well, very smooth with fast tracking horizontally.

I have purchased high quality, affordable Kent Faith accessories for my camera bag in the last year - a tripod, ND grad filters, circular polarisers and batteries. All have performed well and it was lovely that Kent Faith included several microfiber cloths with the filters. I would buy again and recommend to other photographers.

Really pleased with the quality of the filter kit I bought. I watched as many reviews as I could find online before I did. Everything does what it should - love that the polarising filter sits within the frame and leaves room for 2 additional filters. I've been able to use my old glass filters by purchasing a frame so they fit the kit. 'Out in the field' the kit is easy to attach, and if you need free hands you can attach the box the holds your filters to your belt/ tripod. This was a huge plus when I was photographing a waterfall recently and was stood in the middle of a stream. The boxes themselves are well made and look fantastic. I was hesitant prior because I didn't consider KF a brand, but the filters are fantastic, the kit works well and my only regret is I didn't buy sooner. If you're in the same boat as I was, I couldn't recommend them more.

I find Kent Faith the best quality gear, for best value, especially the strength of magnetic filters. Service and delivery always good.

Very poor quality items and terrible customer service. No returns policy the company is not in UK it’s a flat in China.
Avoid using this company.

Compré la Videocámara 4K ULTRA con envío express. Estaba muy ilusionada, había hecho una inversión para mi trabajo.
- Tardó 3 semanas en llegar, tarde para mis planes de trabajo
- No me avisaron que tendría que pagar costes extra al envío para la importación ( fueron 68€)
- La calidad de la videocamara es pésima. Materiales de mala calidad, pero sobretodo: No focaliza, el zoom no es bueno, la calidad del audio es inescuchable, la imagen tampoco.
- Se niegan a ofrecerme la devolución del producto gratuita tengo que pagar con los costes extra de devolución
- En la web no puedes escribir reseñas negativas
- Tengo que miedo que habiendo pagado mis costes de devolución no me devuelvan el dinero.
Conclusión: Me parece un fraude! No voy a comprar nunca más allí.

terrible and fake company. i have spent £300 on items and tried for a refund and was bribed to keep them and they would refund me only £4. it was going to cost me £60 to return them back to china, i had no idea it was going to china. this company is running from a bedroom so they are fake ... keep away. i am still fighting to get my refund through klarna.

Bought a carbon fibre tripod (very nice) and after some use the head became loose so I whatapp'ed them gave some details and boom new head on it's way. A warranty claim that by far is the easiest company to deal with by far. Highly recommend their products knowing any issues are very easily dealt with. Absolutely cracking service.

Ordered 2 items and wrote to them via email and cancelled immediately due to the length of delivery. I needed these for a job and had to order elsewhere. Shortly after sending the message they confirmed this would be cancelled, however they decided to send the items and emailed me a few days later saying they have dispatched one of the items anyway after already agreeing to cancel and refund. They even took the full payment and not just for the one item they seemed so keen to send me. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got an immediate refund from them and provided screen shots of the emails as proof. Stay away from these crooks

Purchased a filter kit, packaged really well, delivery time was good. The filters themselves are VG quality for the cost. I would definitely recommend K and F for quality and service

Own a tripod from them already and was looking for another more portable one for travelling. Not disappointed at all. Good quality light weight carbon robust fiber tripod. Just what I want and need

I’ve ordered a camera about 3 weeks ago. And still haven’t received it! Just sat in Amazon from 2nd May and ain’t moved. There refusing to give me My money back! And no longer want camera from them after all this delayed delivery. I wanted it to take away with me but clearly going to be unlikely now. What takes so long for it to be delivered??? Like I said it’s in London so therefore I should have recieved this item by now. I want my money refunded for 1000 times I asked you to do it.

I ordered a camera but then discovered that it would not be delivered in time for my granddaughter’s birthday. I cancelled the order within an hour and was refunded the full payment on my credit card 10 days later. I was very grateful for this as it was my mistake that caused the problem.

Item as described. Delivered on time. Good value. Easy to order. Would use KF again.
