I had an excellent experience with the engineer Andrew Tomlinson who came to fix my crackling phone line. He quickly identified the problem and explained clearly what was causing the issue. The repair was carried out promptly and very professionally, and the line has been working perfectly since.

What really stood out was his friendly and approachable manner. He took the time to make sure everything was fully resolved and that I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service.

Normunds. What a great guy. He delivered a 5* service. There was no WIFI at all to the rental property I have just moved into, which I didn't know. Infact, there were no wires behind the socket for the Openreach/BT line at all which is why my new SKY Broadband box wouldn't work. Normunds was at my property for over 2 hours and moved my connection point to the lounge and did a very tidy job inside and out with new wiring. Top, top job and a superb employee for the company.
