Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect, from picking the car up and dropping it off at the stated times. Car was fixed to an excellent standard and cleaned inside out. The only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is because the lady on the phone was rude and I did not like how she spoke to me.

A big thank you to Leon, Paul and Steve at KC Autos for their help and professionalism throughout my repair process. They were always friendly, approachable and took the time to explain everything clearly whenever I had questions.
Although there were some delays along the way and the initial courtesy car provided wasn’t suitable for my family’s needs, the team were understanding and worked promptly to help resolve the situation. Their communication and willingness to help definitely made the experience much easier overall.

I have just got my car back after KC…
I have just got my car back after KC Autos Stockport have repaired it, all I can say is wow it looks like new, they have done an amazing job. My vehicle was repaired in the expected time frame and was delivered back to my local Enterprise for me to collect.
