Joe & Jamie who delivered my new cooker were very polite, respected my property and done a very quick job of fitting the new cooker in and taking the old one to recycle. They were in and out with no hassle. They arrived on time, notified me an hour before arriving. Gave me time to clean around the area before replacing the cooker in. Very happy with the service, would definitely use them again & would definitely recommend them.

Reece fitted my washing machine and he did an amazing job! He was very experienced, he was very tidy and was also very polite. He went over and above and even fixed the wonky washing machine door!!! I would recommend anytime👍🏾 Thank you Reece and also thank you Ben

Today took delivery of a Blomberg gas oven with eye level grill: model GGS9151W as a replacement offered by Domestic & General.
The delivery guys, Joe & Jamie were polite and fitted the appliance effortlessly. Very happy with installation. Only downside was that our previous cooker broke down 2months ago so it was a disappointing long wait. The cooker is great though, just like my old Beko model with a few improvements I noticed, the grill pan is closer and cooks faster than our last one.
Hoping the ignition button lasts longer this time, fingers crossed.

Joe and Jamie were both super friendly, on time and efficient. They communicated well and problem-solved on the fly with a tricky installation. Good guys.

Horrendous customer service.

We've had 2 cancelled deliveries and 1 no show from these people, all for the same item! Zero communication, just didn't turn up.

Absolute shambles.

I’ve just booked delivery and installation of a new Miele washing machine for next week. Kaboodle were presented to me by Miele as the best of the best. A premium, flagship service. They are also significantly more expensive than the other delivery companies.
So far, the experience does not remotely justify that reputation or cost.
I booked my delivery slot online without issue, but had a simple follow-up question, so I phoned Kaboodle. What I got was an automated message saying all agents were busy and to “please leave a message”. There was no option to wait in a queue, no callback option, no estimate of response time. The call was then abruptly terminated.
That is not acceptable for any company, let alone one charging premium rates and marketing itself as a “premier” service partner for a brand like Miele.
At this stage I haven’t even reached delivery day. If this is the standard before anything goes wrong, it doesn’t inspire confidence about how issues will be handled if they arise during delivery or installation.
This is an initial review based on first contact. I hope to revise it if the actual service proves better than the customer support experience so far. Right now, it’s a very poor start.

I had ordered a Hotpoint 60cm Black Gas Cooker from Appliances Direct, and as with that company, you actually get to speak to an actual person, meaning you can ask a question & get a reply.. I was given a date delivery of said Cooker. The day of arrival, I was called to tell me they would be with me in just over an hour. ( it was a very early call). They arrived when they said & disconnected my old Cooker, removed & brought in the new Cooker and installed the new one. Took all old packaging away, Also gave a quick tutorial, gave me the instruction manual. All of that in appropriately 3/4of an hour.
This was on Christmas Eve, So they were hear at just turned 8am & were away by 8.45. Not because of its being Christmas, but because they're working hours are until 5pm regardless.
I should also say they were exceedingly quick and professional.. Thank you 😊

They arrived on time, completed the job promptly, worked efficiently and cleanly, and were very polite and friendly.

Joe and Jamie delivered my new cooker last week. They were friendly, efficient and professional throughout. They gave fair warning and arrived when they said they would. They then somehow managed to get my old cooker out and the new one in up several flights of stairs, which was no easy task. They then made the new one level on not at all level 1850s flooring. It’s a few days later now, and everything is working well insofar as I can see. Thank you!

Arrived on time with good advance telephone call notification as well as online tracking. Installation and removal of old dishwasher done very quickly and efficiently with no mess. Joe, Jamie, and Hamza were very friendly, experienced, and knew exactly what they were doing.

Joe, Jamie and Callum arrived ahead of time and completed the installation quickly and without any issues.

Arrived within time bracket. Friendly, removed appliance and fitted new one quickly with no mess. Talked us through what to do before use. Great service would recommend.

Joe and Jamie were both very quick and efficient in replacing my faulty fridge freezer. They took the old one away for me and expertly installed the new one in the unit housing. They phoned me beforehand to say they were on their way which was greatly appreciated. They made no mess in my hallway or kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for a better service
