A faultless, first class service from Just Wheel Repair. Communication was excellent throughout, from the appointment booking process, in the lead-up to the punctual arrival today, as expected, and throughout the repair stage which was conveniently completed outside our home. The damaged wheel is now looking exactly as good as new.

Had 3 of my wheels done diamond cut and they look fab.also the girls in the office and the guys that work there are a friendly and helpful bunch and thanks to Luke for collecting and bringing my wheels back.

Wheels were collected by appointment, efficiently and without hassle. A defective tyre was replaced as requested and the repaired wheels were returned to me ( by my request ) by 07.00 on a Monday morning so that I could get back on the road, they were even super quiet to avoid waking up my neighbours - Beat that for helpful service!

I’m looking to sell my car soon and so wanted my badly scuffed alloys refurbed as well as the corrosion cleared out (as the air pressure kept going down - corrosion being the likely fault). Fantastic service from start to finish. I had the same team member (Luke) pick up my wheels on a Monday morning and then bring them back on the Wednesday. My car’s parking space is also on a slight tilt and so when Luke saw that I was worried about that, he advised that they will do the wheels in two gos for no extra service charge! Wheels look awesome and no more signs of loss of pressure. Would 100% recommend. Shame I’m now selling the car but I really didn’t want to just sell my car with any issues for someone else to deal with!

I kerbed my wheel on Sunday, I had an email and call with Just Wheel Repair on Monday. They were able to pick it up on Tuesday and re fitted it on Friday, what more can I say, Oh yes the repair was excellent, well done, Luke was great.
I would definataly recommend these guys.

My car, and thus its wheels are about 10 years old.

For the last 2 of these I have been thinking about having them refurbished. The paint is starting to peel in many small places. The wheels have what I considered to be minor rim damage but in 3, 4 or 5 places on each wheel, they don’t shine as before and finally the inside side walls of the alloys could no longer be cleaned/shined to the same standard as the front of them, not sure why. But this is all cosmetic.

What actually got me to get the work done, was I hit a pothole at speed on the M11, this put a dent in a wheel which I feared might be more then cosmetic, certainly in the long term.

I sent the company photos of the damage, and was told how it much it would cost to fix. I thought the prise was reasonable, especially as the come and pick up the wheels, and return them.

They answered subsequent emails promptly.
They came when they said they would. (Tuesday and Friday)
They operative was very good.
The wheels are wonderful, all the damage repaired. Very happy with them.
So, a well-deserved 5 stars.

However, a nearly took one away for the following reason.

On the first reading of their web site, it boasts on how they can remove dents. On a subsequent reading you realize it says “most dents”. When the operative removed the dented wheel, I was told it might not be possible to repair it, not because of the size or shape of the dent, but because the actual structure of the metal could have been compromised because of the speed it was done at. They would not know till the paint was stripped. As it happened, they found no problem, and no matter how closely you look you can find no evidence of the magic they performed to get rid of it.

However, if the wheel was damaged, beyond repair and I needed to buy a new wheel from my main dealer; I would have liked the option for instance to buy a complete set of alloys from an independent supplier which should have been cheaper, instead of having 3 repaired plus the cost of a new one. At the time of booking, I would have liked to be told clearly of the possibility of them being unable to fix one wheel, damaged because of speed.

Finally, when I booked, I was sent I was sent their T & C. updated March 2020. These need to be updated, as they were full of Covid procedures. Thankfully no longer relevant.

I was looking on Google for an alloys refurbishing service and I came across JWR. I am so glad I went with JWR. The service was top notch and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family in the future.

Luke was prompt in picking up the alloys and returning them 3 days later as promised. The alloys looked brand new when they were returned. Communication between Customer Service and myself was excellent as well - very quick and clear responses.

The experience was much better than I expected and there were no faults whatsoever. Definitely recommend and will come back for sure!!

I’m very happy with the service I have received. My wheel was shall I say, beyond repair in my eyes! But it come back looking brand new. It was so easy, Jack came and collected my wheel in the week and fitted back by the weekend. He was very polite and professional so thank-you ever so much, it goes a long way. Communication was also fab with updates along the way. I will be using these guys again.

I arranged an appointment just over a week ago. The team turned up removed my wheels and took new tyres I had purchased on line. A few days later the wheels were returned looking fantastic, all refurbished with the new tyres fitted. No hassle, professional service to the highest standard. Many thanks to all. Was booked in to have four new tyres fitted. Arrived slightly early but was dealt with immediately. Very quick turnaround and very friendly staff, all round excellent service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic on the job this morning, it was bit of a challenge to find parking etc on my road but Paul handled it brilliantly. The service performed on my alloys was 5 star and I would 100% recommend these guys.
