Brilliant Brand with No fuss vitamins. I was looking for Red Clover as I wanted a natural approach to menopause symptoms. I have been taking these for nearly 3 months and I am very impressed. My hot flashes have reduced and I feel more full of energy. It says to take one tablet a day but I have found taking 2 a day really keeps the hot flashes at bay. Excellent product and much cheaper than a leading brand.

I've had a few things from Just Vitamins in the past, so I thought I'd try their Multivitamins A-Zinc 50+ , Glucosamine with Chondroitin (500mg/400m and Turmeric with BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract). Unfortunately the multivits and glucosamine tablets are both over 2cm long, and quite fat, and impossible for me to swallow. Even breaking them in half doesn't work because of the shape. The Turmeric is 2cm long as well. I'm in my 70's and, along with many other older people, find it more difficult to swallow than when I was younger. It is quite normal for swallowing to become more difficult as one ages, and it is something which could perhaps be addressed in future by making the pills smaller so that one can take two instead of one. Unfortunately I've spent £70 on pills I can't use.
However, I very much appreciate the response from Just Vitamins, and I am following up with them. A trustworthy company.

I’ve used Just Vitamins for a number of years. While their prices have gradually crept up over time, they have always provided a good product and efficient service.

Having just visited the site to complete my 6 monthly vitamin/supplement order, I’ve discovered that they’ve introduced a new sales strategy and it is no longer possible to buy single packs of vitamins (180 tablets) as a one off. Instead they are offering double packs at twice the price or forcing customers down a subscription route.

I, for one, don’t want to commit to another unnecessary subscription in my life and so am forced to find another retailer that offers more flexible purchase options.

Just Vitamins are a great company with great customer service. I am not very tech savvy so to have my supplements sent automatically by subscribe & save is wonderful for me, and I get a small discount. Turmeric is a life changer for me, I have arthritic hands and if I miss even one day I suffer a lot. I have tried other brands in the past, even ones who claim to be the best but Just Vitamins Turmeric is the only one that works for me

Have been buying from them for years, suddenly a subscribe and save went from 1 packet to 11 at a cost of £197 without me doing anything. Luckily I saw the email and immediately phoned them. The said that they would sort this out, not to worry. This was 12th Sept. The next day I checked my bank and the £197 was still pending meaning I would be very close to going into overdraft. I phoned them to be told that it was all sorted the day before and that it could take up to 2 days to go back into my bank. I checked my bank again and now suddenly the pending amount had changed to £179 with the £17.96 for the vitamins having been cleared. Monday the money has still not cleared so rang again only to be told that its nothing to do with them. They have now lost my custom as I shall not be buying from them again

Update 16th Sept
I have spoken to my bank and apparently the pending payment of £179 will not be released back into my account until 8 days after it was generated. I have also spoken to Just Vitamins and apparently they have given me a full refund for my order though interestingly the £17.96 I paid for the supplements is still only showing in my bank as a debit amount. This has meant that, through no fault of my own, I am having to somehow manage with £44 in my bank until this pending transaction is released.

Subscribed to a product by accident. Called customer service who were very helpful not only cancelled the subscription but refunded my money in less than 24 hours. You never really know a company until something goes wrong & all I have is praise for the way my problem was quickly resolved. Highly recommended

Wrong order sent in 16th January. Phoned the company which promptly sent the correct order, but still had 6 packets of the wrong items to return. Despite phoning a further two times i received no returns envelope. On third attempt I was kept waiting for 10 mins before they promised to send the returns envelope (again). Finally got this some 4 days later but was told by Post Office there was insufficient postage!

The product i ordered (when I finally got it) was fine, but the customer/after sale service was extremely poor and inefficient.

I would be very reluctant to order again from Just Vitamins in case I encountered the same problems.

I've been using JV for many years now. Deliveries have always been accurate and prompt. Never had a problem. I have noticed their prices have risen quite a bit recently so will probably shop around before ordering again.
