Broken website forms and ignored by customer service—took my business elsewhere
I am deeply disappointed by my experience attempting to become a first-time customer with Just Vitamins. I tried to place a 1-year supply order of eye care totalling £55.90, but their online systems completely blocked me. First, their newsletter sign-up form failed to send the advertised 15% discount code and looped out. When I tried to use their contact form to report this, their system blocked my message entirely, falsely accusing me of "spamming". I managed to bypass the web forms by emailing them directly and received an automated ticket confirmation (Ticket ID: 80151) promising a reply within 2 working days. That deadline has completely passed and I have been entirely ignored. It shouldn't be this difficult to give a company my business. Because of this incredibly poor service and lack of reliability, I have officially walked away and ordered my supplements from a competitor. If you are a new customer looking for a reliable company, look elsewhere.

GMP standards and great customer care
I started ordering from this company as I was finding it difficult to find vitamins that meet GMP standards. I was tired of spending money on cheap products that were probably not doing me much good.
Today I received a complementary product following an issue with delivery on my last order. I am so impressed because I was expecting a small pack of vitamins, but instead have received not one but two standard packs!
