I wasn't looking for equestrian products, but I did find some nice waterproof yard boots on their website that would fit my gardening needs. I found every aspect of Just Horse Riders as the perfect company to deal with. They are very professional and efficient including speedy delivery, and their prices are really competitive. A fault developed on one of the boots and they acted on it within an hour of me reporting it by email and the issue was resolved immediately. Their customer service is first class and they really do care about their customers. I definitely recommend using them and I hope to be a repeat customer. Thank you for your help :-)

Quick delivery but the Over reach boots did not fit. Sent back for a refund. The company did not refund delivery postage until I had emailed twice. Very disappointed the delivery postage was not automatically refunded and I had to mention the distance selling laws before I got it.

Fantastic service! Ordered a lovely numnah which arrived the very next day!!! I had to phone too as my phone defaulted to old address, super helpful staff changed it immediately. I ordered a pair of riding gloves on Thursday night and they arrived on Monday morning. So pleased with the speedy delivery. The gloves are high quality - Mark Todd, and the thinsulate lining makes them feel warm. Would highly recommend this company.
