I was a bit scared to order first time and was upset when the item came with a small defect BUT the support team helped a lot and exchanged the item in no time, definitely will order again since this company gain my trust completely!
Awesome products and service!
The kept me updated on my original order. Yes it was on back order in June. But well received. Just recent had the split case switch 2 joy on cover break. Didn’t drop, smash or anything like that. Reached out to them and got it replaced very quickly. Awesome products awesome customer service great value!!!! 3 of 4 switch 2 uses Jsaux along with my Ally X!!!! Great company.
Reliable Case, Even Better Customer Service
After trying other brands, I chose the JSAUX PC0104 ModCase—and it’s been solid for nearly a year. When the kickstand finally broke, JSAUX’s customer service immediately sent a free replacement that arrived within four days, even over a holiday weekend. The swap was quick and simple, and my case feels good as new. Great product, great support—hard to ask for more.
Quality products and excellent support
Jsaux make excellent anti glare screen protectors. I have them on my Switch 2, Rog Ally and Legion S and they look great. I prefer the look of these screens with the protector, particularly the Legion. Something about the paper like fidelity is very appealing and easy on the eye. I’d call it an upgrade.
I had issues with applying the Rog version and contacted customer support who gave me help and sent me a replacement which arrived next day. I could not fault the service and will only have jsaux on my screens going forwards.

Kickstand replacement
After just a few a days of emailing, they said they will replace the kickstand that I damaged, they don’t sell it separately so that’s helped me save money, customer service is great!
Great customer service
I purchased a docking station for my Steam Deck that was having issues connecting and displaying to my TV and other displays. The JSAUX representative (Nina) was very kind and had me do some troubleshooting and sending them some videos of what was going on. In the end they sent me a replacement model free of charge. This was even months after I originally purchased it but I never got around to testing it so I appreciate that they still sent me a replacement.
Great (really great!) hardware - friendly and helpful support
I have been buying hardware from JSAUX for several years and have always had good experiences. I have never had any complaints or problems; everything works as expected or even better than expected. I have several docking stations, Steam Deck accessories, adapters, the Flip Go, and also the Horizon, both in the Pro version.
I had to contact support twice, and both times they responded very quickly and provided a working solution, and both times it turned out that the problem was in front of the monitor...

Amazing company and support. Ordered a steam deck case and the quality was amazing also the support is outstanding, had some small issues with the package and they solved it right away. Definitely would recommend and would buy the products again.

I was hesitant to back them up in their recent Kickstarter campaign but their team proved to be 100% professionals!
The product's packaging was very well taken care of, making sure that no harm could be done to the contents inside.
The product itself was crafted by quality materials, way better than what I was expecting for! Same for its functionality! Overall, It was an absolute worth of the money I invested!
Last, but not least, I requested support for a technical issue. The team responded fast and accurately and did not stop until the issue was resolved.

Switch 2 Case, Joycons and Warranty.
The Jsaux switch 2 case and joycon grips are a MUST HAVE! I literally cannot play my switch in handheld without them anymore. And I have to give a massive shoutout to their warranty department. I had an issue with the right joycon grip breaking at the top one day when removing the joycon from the switch 2. A quick email and a photo of the issue and I had a replacement in the mail. THANK YOU!
