Great customer service
I purchased a docking station for my Steam Deck that was having issues connecting and displaying to my TV and other displays. The JSAUX representative (Nina) was very kind and had me do some troubleshooting and sending them some videos of what was going on. In the end they sent me a replacement model free of charge. This was even months after I originally purchased it but I never got around to testing it so I appreciate that they still sent me a replacement.
Great (really great!) hardware - friendly and helpful support
I have been buying hardware from JSAUX for several years and have always had good experiences. I have never had any complaints or problems; everything works as expected or even better than expected. I have several docking stations, Steam Deck accessories, adapters, the Flip Go, and also the Horizon, both in the Pro version.
I had to contact support twice, and both times they responded very quickly and provided a working solution, and both times it turned out that the problem was in front of the monitor...
Amazing Product and support
Amazing company and support. Ordered a steam deck case and the quality was amazing also the support is outstanding, had some small issues with the package and they solved it right away. Definitely would recommend and would buy the products again.
Excellent end-to-end customer experience
I was hesitant to back them up in their recent Kickstarter campaign but their team proved to be 100% professionals!
The product's packaging was very well taken care of, making sure that no harm could be done to the contents inside.
The product itself was crafted by quality materials, way better than what I was expecting for! Same for its functionality! Overall, It was an absolute worth of the money I invested!
Last, but not least, I requested support for a technical issue. The team responded fast and accurately and did not stop until the issue was resolved.

Jsaux support helped me with my Amazon order! The right side of my Switch 2 case broke within the warranty window and Jsaux support was easy to work with and sent a replacement fast! International shipping took a bit of time but they started the order and sent me tracking immediately.

Switch 2 Case, Joycons and Warranty.
The Jsaux switch 2 case and joycon grips are a MUST HAVE! I literally cannot play my switch in handheld without them anymore. And I have to give a massive shoutout to their warranty department. I had an issue with the right joycon grip breaking at the top one day when removing the joycon from the switch 2. A quick email and a photo of the issue and I had a replacement in the mail. THANK YOU!
FlipGo issue with MacBook Air M4
I had an issue with my FlipGo Pro, but JSAUX support helped me a lot to solve it.
They responded very quickly and provided the right solution. The problem was that the second monitor wasn’t working with the new macOS version, but they sent me a new driver, and now everything works perfectly.

Amazing Company
Excellent product & even better customer service! I now have multiple products from JSAUX and it has met all my techy needs. Recently when my docking station failed mid gaming on a lazy Sunday morning they were quick to reply to my emails. As expected they had me do some quick troubleshooting, and had a replacement out and into my hands within a week. They truly do stand behind their product! Can't say enough good things about the product or the customer service!
absolutely solid experience
The company makes solid gaming accessories and i trusted em with my device from the first day on and bought screen protectors and a modular case with travel covers and such. Production quality is high and even IF there is a problem, they have a good support to get it out of the way. i whish more companies would do it like JSAUX
Item broke in 3 months, got replacement. Wish item was better quality but greatful for good customer service.
My steam deck dock broke after 3 months of use. While the customer service was fast and I will be receiving a replacement, I have some disappointment that it failed in the first place. I try to avoid waste and I'm sad that this seems to be a common issue with JSAUX products.
TLDR, great customer service, but product quality is lacking. They break quickly/easily.

FlipGo Pro, support line - PERFECT :)
I actually own two JSAUX FlipGo Pro monitors now and they're excellent for mobility (weight, size, functionality). Their durable housing makes them perfect for travel when folded, and they effectively expand my workspace to 3 screens.
I've also had the pleasure of working with the JSAUX support team, which has been absolutely amazing (thank you Nina!). Your approach to customer service, understanding of issues, and quick responses put JSAUX at the highest level of customer support.

Best handheld accessory company out there, i bought literally every switch 2 accessory on their website the products are very high quality.
Had an issue with the delivery company but Nancy and ashley from the support team were very helpful and i was reassured and i was sent a replacement as the delivery company had lost the first one.
Very thankful for the whole team at JSAUX for their amazing products and service.

I ordered an accessory kit for my Steam deck half a year ago. Recently during use i discovered the kickstand was damaged. I contacted customer support about the issue and they quickly shipped out a replacement part free of charge. Great Product and awesome customer Support!

Emailed on 10/20/25 about issues/concerns with a Steam Deck back plate after approx 1 year of usage. Was promptly emailed back within 24hrs advising that a replacement would be sent out within the next few days. To my surprise my replacement was in by that weekend!(I should include that I got a complete package replacement with all back trigger accessories and not just the back plate itself) Customer support was swift and sincere in their responses. And all expectations were exceeded. Easily the most pleasant Warranty experience I have ever received. Will surely be looking to buying more JSAUX products in the future since I know I can count on them to stand true to their Warranty and their word.
