Work top measured wrong. Waiting for someone to contact me to get it sorted. Bang goes the meal I was going to cook for our anniversary.

So you rang me that day and kept in contact for three days promising me two replacement worktops...... been waiting 11 days for a phone call back to give is a date to install, if that’s even going to happen?! Shame on you J Rotherham’s still back to square 1

What a great experience having reliable workers enthusiastic and getting on with the job in hand ! Would highly recommend the guys for future works for family and friends. Rotherhams have been spot on thank you all very much for a smooth care free job.

It is difficult to rate this company yet as my work surface has yet to be template.
With one exception I have found this company to be dictatorial and prescriptive in its dealings with its their customers.
They seem to have no give or take or respect for their customers' time even though it is us who are paying.
The one exception so far has been the gentleman, John, who took my telephone call. He went out of his way to try to get the planning dept to alter my templating appt to to late afternoon without success.

Fantastic company to deal with and quality products. Our worktops arrived in around 2 weeks from the initial measurement. The initial visit was really informative, every question we had was answered and any improvements or suggestions were advised. The fitters did a fantastic job and the end result is amazing. I would recommend Rotherhams to anyone.

The worktop arrived within the three week
time scale. The fitters arrived earlier than
the the time slot (great for me). They worked
quickly and the work was completed in under an hour.

So it never happens as quickly as you would like but I cant complain. The communication has been excellent, everyone arrived when expected. The quality of the granite is first class, the installation team first rate.

Would I buy again, most definitely

From the patience and time of the designer at Wren to being installed by J.Rotherham which wasn’t an easy job. The company showed great patience and turned around the worktops when required in next to no time time at all . The install were awesome and superb in the way they carried out the works . Unbelievable high standards . Well done to all involved and many thanks!!!

Excellent job, from the surveyor with his advice to the fitters who had the job done in an hr. Quartz worktops, upstands and splashback look amazing. Fantastic job 5 stars all round guys.

The turnaround from the templating to the fitting date was so quick, I was really impressed. The templating chap, Shane, was great. His customer service was second to none. He also advised me on things I needed to do in advance of the fitting. The fitters were also brilliant. They arrived early, fitted the worktop very quickly and professioanlly, gave me clear guidance on aftercare and were very polite and friendly. Couldnt be happier, thank you guys :-)

Fabulous service great team. On time delivery and installation. Amazing worktop we have received.

They were very prompt and fitted the work surface top without any problems.

When you came and fitted my quartz worktops & back splash back in May , you left me a complimentary work surface cleaner (in a spray ) and a cleaner for the stainless steel. I have been using the products regularly ( about once a week, unless something appears) and I can honestly say it does the job - I'm absolutely delighted with my kitchen so I want to keep it in tip top condition. The cleaners keep my kitchen looking like new and definitely clean away scuff marks etc. I've just ordered more of the products ( and some for my friends ) and the delivery was extremely prompt.....2 days!! Many thanks indeed.A happy customer.

Dealing with this company made a refreshing change. The customer service assistant ensured that my fitting date was accommodated due to a major operation. The customer service assistant, kept me informed all the way and even took the trouble to phone me to ensure everything went ok.
The product is fab, clean lines and perfectly fits. All the team were great from the measuring to the fitting. Definitely will use again.

John has contacted us to enquire if we are happy with the work done so far and has been very helpful in sorting out a small issue we have had with our installation.
Would definitely use J. Rotherham again

Absolutely appalling company
Purchased dream kitchen from wrens and has been a disaster from the start from kitchen fitters and then Rotherham’s
Am on the third worktop insulation which is also damaged !where they are using unprofessional incompetent fitters to carry out insulation of customers worktops this is leading to damage occurring
Customer service is appalling they never reply to emails or phone calls you are passed from one person to another and never get anywhere
Last week had insulation booked in had confirmation email of this with no reason and no contact with us the simply didn’t turn up !
I got through to a manager and she told me she would help begged me to leave a bad review on trust pilot well after her ignoring my email I’m writing my review !
They sent the same incompetent fitters to my property twice when I asked them to send different fitters
Rotherham's have no compassion for disabled customers when they leave them without a fully functional kitchen for six months been so stressful
Had a huge impact on my health
Kitchen was paid in full in may we are now in November you took our money and still haven’t fitted the worktops to the standard you should have
We are now waiting for Rotherham’s to come back to us with a resolution about this damaged worktops

Brilliant workmanship and excellent service from beginning till the end, very happy with the worktop, the fitter was professional with great patience to complete his work to his upmost satisfaction, considering he had a bit of a problems with one piece of the worktop.
