Bought recently a jordan 1 union and what i got is not the real deal.Shoes are way different from what is there on the site itself.Missing laces incorrect box wrong stitching etc.I sent a mssagexwith them yesterday and ask for a exchnge coz tjey might not do refund.At least send me similar to tje real jordan but sending me something way put of leauge is a different thing.Im hoping they comeback to me

So initially I ordered from these people well my girlfriend did to be exact as a Christmas gift she thought everything was authentic she didn't know any better so I got in contact with him and told him that hey the things I got were all messed up they were very noticeably fake so after a lot of back and forth they offered to send a replacement the replacement never showed up to my house it says it did but it never actually did so I went through all the hoops and whistles doing exactly what they told me to do by filing the claim with UPS I did exactly what they said I got the code they wanted me to get and now I'm just being left on read I'm not getting no responses no emails back or nothing very shady business

Ok here we go! I've purchased from this place at least 7-8 times. Money well spent I must say. Yet this time as usual I always have to reach out about a tracking number and update. And aside from the auto response usually a real response come no less than an hour or two. After numerous emails about my package not showing updates and reflecting it's NOT moving. I've always gotten a generic auto mative response which continue to lack update information and detail. I've asked for a refund and/or to resend I don't know how many times to the point I'm just NOT going to PAY for the shoes because I never received them. I even called the number on the web site. It rings but it's a complete fluke. Ashley,Alice, and etc have completely dropped the ball. I was hesitant about leaving this review trying to give them grace to fix the issue. I order the shoes Jan 7th, got the confirmation email the pic that's it's been sent out etc.. it's Feb 3rd and I'm writing this review what does that tell you. And for everyone complaining about the shoes being fake YOU ARE COMPLETELY AWARE OF WHAT YOU'RE BUYING SO CUT THE CRAP. NOW THE REAL QUESTION IS WILL YOU RECEIVE WHAT YOU PURCHASED. WHAT USUALLY TAKES ABOUT TWO WEEKS FOR ME IS ALMOST A MONTH AND DOESN'T SEEM TO BE COMING. ILL LEAVE THE REST UP YO YOU!!! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Got double charged for damaged shoes poorly made. The insurance is a scam I paid for the insurance and it didn't do anything when the shoes came in damaged I had to pay again to switch them out .

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I am in Canada and I was mislead. The prices are all in USD. They have an office just outside Montreal but the chat support in in North Carolina. When I attempted up make a purchase the price that was applied was in Canadian but 20% higher than the price in the cart because the cart prices were in USD. This is a scam and misleads customers. Anyways will go back to StockX as at least it was obvious the currency I was paying, not a good selection either.

They lie and fused to refund my money
I baught black caws jordan 4's size 13 and they took about 2 weeks and on top of that they didnt even fit i paid a $170 and it said that the would refund on the site and they told me the size chart is on the site and they wouldn't refund my money i took a $70 loss and sold them to a friend definitely not happy with these people their Chinese jordans and thats exactly where they came from too

If I could pick no stars I would! Shoes are FAKE at full price! Claim to be a part of Nike but doesn’t follow there protocols. I made a purchase from reading some reviews clearly there all FAKE just like the shoes they send you! They agreed to take back the sneakers I purchased and give me a full refund plus cover shipping. I sent to shoes to an address in Quebec Canada that was provided. Shoes could not be delivered because it was a FAKE address as well they came back to my home address in NY a month or so later and they refuse to reimburse me as promised. They also blocked me on Facebook. BEWARE FAKE SHOES ONLY AT FULL PRICE!!!

Update On My Shoes that I ordered a week ago. Even though I should finally be receiving them today, it still should not take a full week to where I can start tracking my shoes once they reach the United States. It’s clearly your shoes come from overseas somewhere so that’s where the hold up lies. I will stick to ordering my Jordans from Nike.

If you put enough smoke on to them start blasting them they will refund your money but they want the product back because it’s fake knock offs customs stop one of packages it doesnt come with invoice already suspicious so once I didn’t receive the first package I knew customs got it but the other came Fake A9 look like fuse uptown with A9 bottoms already piss off customers service is terrible I learn my lesson get it from the store legit licensed sneaker store or foot locker
