Good shoes good price

I got a Knock off pair of Jordans. I just took the shoes to a reputable sneaker store to have them look at the shoe & they showed me everything that was wrong with the shoe compared to the real one. Now they do not want to give me a full refund. Telling me 30% back & I can keep the shoes or I would have to spend $50 to mail it back to get a full refund. I will NEVER order from this site again. They even sent an email acknowledging that they knew there was a defect. All I want is the full amount I paid & no bs. The # they have for customer service rings but never an answer. A verified knock off is ridiculous but you knew that begore the shoe was mailed out & you took my money. Be careful with this site.

I have ordered shoes and they have given me no receipt, just a tracking number to NOWHERE. I bought retro 4s for my son's birthday and I have yet to see any substantial evidence that they are actually on their way.

Customer service email shutdown.
I have been trying to contact the company because my Air Jordan's arrived damaged. $300.00 cad.
The service email provided is no longer working.
Has anyone heard or have had any luck in getting in contact with this company for any type of customer service and/or product complaints?
I' ve tried since December 25, 2025 morning to address this but only get email bounce backs.

I'm writing to inform you that I'm not at all happy with my recent order. My order arrived in a timely manner however my box was in poor condition and the shoes I received did not match the shoes on your website. I had concerns of the authenticity so I had them evaluated and was told they are not real. I ordered 2 pairs and 1 pair smells like new shoes while the other pair smells like spray paint and they came from Hong Kong. To make matters worst now your website is shut down. I thought I would reach out to you to come to some type of resolution before I leave my review of dis satisfaction online or contact the BBB and seek legal action. Please let me know something ASAP. Please and Thank you.

Well, I received an email with a generic return letter. I say Generic because they must use the same letter because the email that I received said,"the valid period of authorization is from December 15, 2020 until December 15, 2026."
They offered me a 30 percent refund to keep the shoes.
If I choose to return
them I must pay shipping. If they find the shoes are defective or faulty they will issue a full refund minus my shipping costs within 48 hours.
I wouldn't be returning the shoes if they were real!
I am enclosing my legit app certificate with the shoes, proving they are fake, replica. I will also request a signature upon receipt.
I've learned, when looking at reviews to type the word "fake" in the search bar. You will learn alot more about the company vs just looking at their top reviews, also look at current reviews.
I strongly discourage you from purchasing from Sneakers Fanatics. Quality is poor and their return policy is not customer friendly.

If I could give no stars I would. These sneakers are total fakes and smell like plastic chemicals. I paid 200 for shoes that are trash. I am so mad as this was a gift. Just be warned they do not sell authentic!!!!! Trying to reach out for a refund and still no response.

I ordered shoes, never got a tracking number only a order number. I went back to check the site and it has been shutdown. However, I don't know who to contact about a refund

I did some searching and their ip address is from Romania and neatherlands. Meaning these countries couldn't even get shut down by nike bc of the lack of laws in these countries on selling fakes. Romania is an EXTREME Alert ⚠️ country. FAKE AS FricK. YOU WANT SOME DOO DOO SHOES? BUY HERE 💩

Just got my Jordan 4 cactus jacks I paid 300.00 for. They are fake as can be. They have a real heavy smell of glue, they don't match a real set in have. Very poor construction. AND.. THEY CAME FROM HONG KONG. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Received the pure money 4s and the black cat 4s .. BOTH FAKE ! Do not even look like the real photos the post on their site . 10/10 do not recommend . I’ve never received such awful shoes ! They are so sloppy . From the stitching , the insoles not being glued in , glue on the shoes , shoe flaps are ridiculous and not what is pictured (which why would they be ? They are FAKE) ! they went as far as to try to rip stock X stickers out of the box ! And this is just a few things wrong with them !

Kick were in phenomenal shape, brought 2 pairs and have a 3rd otw.

Take me too long to get to my address it said it'll take 7-19 days then 3-9 days then said is there delivered then say 3-7 days still haven't gotten my shoes I got Jordan 4 white thunders
