Excellent service. Always a quick delivery but obviously with Covid a little bit of delay but expected. Love the variety of tablecloth’s I have purchased over the last 12 months and lots of styles to choose from.

Very poor product and extremely poor customer service.
These are sold as wipe clean, but they don't wipe clean - if your food has any colour, pasta sauce, tea, coffee etc. it will leave a permanent stain, this fact is buried in the small print, do yourself a favour and buy from John Lewis, their products are wipe clean and they have a good level of customer service, you won't be told it's you fault for selecting the wrong product as their patronising customer service reply .
Extremely disappointed, avoid at all costs!!!

Hi Emma, I'm so sorry you aren't happy with your order and the service recieved. We do add a leaflet that advises that some heavy tomato based sauces can stain a cloth. This is the same from John Lewis and anyone else that sells Oilcloth as we use the same suppliers. Unfortunately there is nothing that is stain proof to heavy tomato based sauces unless wiped off quickly. Exellent products and service
I ordered two tablecloths for 138 pounds on Monday and they arrived today.... great service and they look good. However when talking with the asistant on Monday, they could have told me that if I ordered the products separately (costing them more time in packaging and delivery costs) I would have been entitled to a 10% discount on the second order after the first one arrived, it would have been nice for them to offer a discount at point of sale / discussion. Feel a little miffed about this! I did speak to a lady this morning but she really wasn't interested.
I would only have saved about £6.90 but its the principle and for a nurse in the NHS every little helps.
Following the reply below from the JoleeTablecloths, I am very pleased.

Dont expect any after sales response.
We love the tablecloth but we ordered one with rounded corners, which was an additional cost. The one we recieved didnt have them, so we emailed them twice with no response as to why they charged extra without explanaition. i will find another supplier in future, disgusting after sales service.
Update 29/10/2020, received replacement tablecloth in post, thank you, its very good quality cloth with rounded corners. Thanks

I ordered & purchased a table cloth via the website, the colour on the image was Beige & the description even referred to the tablecloth as being beige. Only what I received was light grey and did not resemble the image on their website. It did take a while to get in touch with Jolee Tablecloths but once I had I can not fault their customer service & was offered a full refund. Just going forward it may be a good idea to include returns/refunds guidance and address within the order.

We ordered a tablecloth from Jolee tablecloths but when it arrived decided we would prefer it hemmed with bias binding. We were advised to return it for hemming. This was done very quickly and was sent back immediately. The hem was a lovely finishing touch to a super tablecloth. Excellent service from this company.

I would never have thought of looking at a tablecloth company for fabric. My Daughter found a design she loved from Jolee Tablecloths online and asked me to cover a nursing chair for her. I got in touch via their website and was very pleasantly surprised...Great customer service, Beautiful fabrics, fantastic quality and amazing prices... I would highly recommend Jolee Tablecloths and will definitely be using them again. 😊

Highly recommend
This is the second time we have used Jolee to supply the table cloths for our cafe and highly recommend them for both quality and customer service. Yes on the second order we had issues but these were due to the situation at that time [one word covid] but they handled the issue professionally and resolved to our satisfaction.
We will have no issue in using Jolee again for our next order.
