I liked that I was given options of how to give my body a rest. I decided to take a week off from taking the pill . I have felt better energy wise, I still have indigestion. Hopefully in a few days it will disappear.

Excellent easy and very informative information

From the very start of taking Wegovy I was nauseous all the time. After a few days I was experiencing stomach pains that were doubling me over. I then became bloated and lethargic, having no energy at all. It seems that it is affecting my under active thyroid and am waiting for a blood test. I haven't even lost any weight!
I get that it does not suit everyone and I am one of them but my 1 star is due to the fact that you cannot get past communicating with a robot and when you do finally get a response from a 'clinician' they are in a different time zone and close the conversation down due to you not answering at 03:00!
What I find disgusting is that I cannot cancel my plan until Jan'27 even though I cannot continue with it.
So if anyone wants any cheaper Wegovy for the next four months let me know! I am so annoyed 😠
Look at the small print before you sign up as they are clearly only about the money and don't care about the odd individual who is struggling with their product.

No issues everything is good up to now.

Had to set in for a whole day as the times got changed 2 to 3 times on the day and then it turned up a day late
Live tracking didn’t work
NO messages or nothing to say it was not turning up
Very poor service if you ask me

It was great that my experience included a consultation to chat with a specialist about my case, she was very informative and wanted to know in great detail my reasons for trying the product and she totally understands my reasoning but also tried to guide me as well

i am not happy the way my problem was handled with no fault of my own it should have been dealt with immediately but waited nearly 2 days for answers causing stress and anxiety which shouldn’t of happened.I thought good customer services is priority but in my case it wasn’t

In the main a great company and i had a great experience up until i cancelled using the app. Unbeknownst to me it hadn't worked, even though i had gone through all the questions and it said it was cancelled. I then got an email saying the next order had been dispatched, not my mistake but i then had to pay for the next order that i didn't want. I was offered a £50 refund but that was quite a hollow gesture when the cancellation email ofered £60 to rejoin!! So my advice would be to double check any changes you make through the app by speaking to a customer aervices rep.
