The ordering is a nightmare
The ordering is a nightmare, it's now something I wish I hadn't done.
It say ÂŁ79 a month on website and cancel at any time which is true but it will cost ÂŁ50 to cancel also first month ÂŁ79 then other months ÂŁ169.

Absolutely SHOCKING experience with Voy!
Long wait times whilst only having an AI bot to communicate with. Losing of prescriptions and me having to resent personal information and data. Just terrible.
I knew Iâd want to cancel after the first month as this company have you jumping through hoops. Tried to cancel and was told I could not. Spoke to another Bot who said someone would be in contact with me to cancel and the cost would be ÂŁ50. No contact, no update and ÂŁ50 TAKEN from my bank account.
An absolute shocking experience and lost data and money.
I would avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other recognised organisations that provide the service.

I liked that I was given options of howâŠ
I liked that I was given options of how to give my body a rest. I decided to take a week off from taking the pill . I have felt better energy wise, I still have indigestion. Hopefully in a few days it will disappear.
