I found a Mercedes A250e on Autotrader and contacted John Clark directly where I spoke with Marcus.

From start to finish, Marcus was fantastic, he was able to answer and resolve my wide array of queries and give me the confidence to make a 300 mile trip to view (and subsequently buy) the car. True credit for somebody so new to the business and learning the trade - you wouldn't have known.

The entire process wasn't without incident, but this was beyond the control of the team and couldn't have been resolved quicker - which is why I maintain a 5* review is merited.
