Wholeheartedly regretting purchasing my car from this dealership.
Purchased back in Oct 23 after being sold an "approved-used" Skoda Karoq which had "been through our rigorous presales checks".
In the Oct I found the car to have a faulty gearbox, faulty water pump, unaligned wheels and a leaking shock absorber.
The dealership couldn't get it booked in until the 20th Nov 23 where they confirmed all of the faults and booked it back in for the 15th Jan 24 to repair the issues.
I never got my car back until the 24th Apr 24 (after being told it would only be a couple of weeks turnaround). During this time I was repeatedly contacting the garage for updates, being promised call-backs which never came. 7 weeks into them having my car I was informed that they "were still going back and forth with the warranty and don't know if its going to cover it or not". After asking to raise a complaint I was given the name of a manager to e-mail. Upon e-mailing them it became evident that my e-mail was just passed back to the service manager I was already dealing with and everything continued as it was.
When I eventually got my car back, I received it with 1700 unexplained additional miles, chips all over the windscreen and chips along the roof of the car where it meets the windscreen which had begun to rust.
The garage has told me multiple times that they'll work with me to put this right and compensate me but after 8 months and continuous chasing up, I still do not have the car they promised me, and have still not been compensated for the hassle and stress this car purchase has put me through.
We purchased this car in oct when my wife was 3 months pregnant, it was going to be our safe, reliable, family car. We didn't get the car back until our baby was almost 1 month old and It still isn't in the condition that it should be.
All in all, I can't wait for this saga to come to an end.

Could not fault the service I received from Joe and Heather. Joe was fantastic with my two kids and so helpful when it came to fitting the car seats. Heather was very friendly and helpful too. Joe was such a relatable guy and very down to earth making the purchase of my new car enjoyable and exciting and he was very accommodating when it came to my two toddlers (biscuits and hot chocolate for the win!). Joe is a people person and a good salesman ☺️

Service was fantastic from harry Jackson until something went wrong and then he was never available and never called us back!! Got the problem resolved quickly after calling CUPRA assist but won’t be using this dealership again.

Visit to service section. I was efficiently dealt with at service desk before and after car in for annoying issue intermittently with electrics. Satisfied technicians checked over all they could seeking solution.

Fantastic service. Steven was extremely helpful when choosing a car and kept me up to date on progress of my car being delivered. He also spent alot of time ensuring I was happy with all aspects of my new car before I drove away.

Outstanding personal service from Joe and heather, in locating me the car I wanted , negotiating a new deal and to having it ready when I wanted to pick it up.
