Tried the Renault 4 and was pleasantly surprised.

Have been a very pleasant experience, starting with the organisation, the reception and the staff. Totally enjoyed driving the electric Renault 4; smooth and nippy, the car had most of the option someone will look for in a car. Spacious enough and on the same time a good size to make the parking and the participation to the traffic very easy. Would recommend giving a try!

Assistance in choice of car from sales personnel, Scott, was invaluable in helping my wife and I with our final decision on choice of car make and model. Follow up e-mails and phone calls, on any questions we had, were answered promptly and thats at any time of day.

bought a brand new 25 plate Renault traffic , once collected I noticed the steering wheel was off centre while driving in a straight line took van back I was told the issue was fixed, later i noticed the drivers front wheel was wearing irregular so contacted them again and was told they couldn't do anything about it so I had to take it else where and it was found the wheel alignment was way off, the van has never been kerb,d or had any knocks this was the way I got it from the factory, worst thing about it the back wheel is off and its fixed can't be adjusted poor show from a van straight from the factory

so basically I've just been fogged off after handing them near 30K

I have the report/printout from garage that carried out the diagnosis and repair

James has made getting a new car so easy amazing experience professional & friendly from start to finish

A very good experience from James who was very knowledgable and patiently answered our numerous questions. Test drives given to my wife and I. We knew which car we wanted, with trade in which went very smoothly and our Symbioz delivered as promised.Couldn’t have asked for more.

Very poor customer service, never return phone calls, rude when you do manage to speak to someone, youre previous car finance takes ages to be settled, so prepare to pay another installment of your old car, even after you have signed it over to Renault. Shambles of a showroom in Aberdeen

From the first day when my wife and I visited the Showroom until the day we purchased our new Renault Magane we were made very welcome. The staff were very friendly and not too overpowering (which sometimes happens). The friendly atmosphere and the great Coffee machine helped 👍.
All of the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, extremely courteous and very helpful.
All in all, I think that the friendliness of the staff helped make up our minds on the purchase of our new car !
The Megane itself is a super nice car to drive and we are happy that we bought this car.
