Nice showroom and very good service…up until an order is placed. After that customer service deteriorates in my experience. There was a longer wait for delivery of the car than quoted, and all the chasing for info had to come from myself. After delivery they admitted I should have been given access to tracking info etc but hadn’t been for some reason.

The handover of the car was brief but acceptable.

There was absolutely no post-deliver follow-up, which I’d been told would happen, and would have expected for a brand new car in this price bracket.

I now have 2 faults with the car and attempts to contact original sales team went unanswered. I eventually spoke to someone by telephone to be told that I have to wait 6 weeks for them to even look at the car, which for a brand new car of relatively high cost is very poor.

So in summary, things are good until you place an order for a car and then they very much lose interest in the customer experience. The positive initial experience was in very sharp contrast to the later reality.

I purchased a Cupra from specialist Cars (Aberdeen) branch and I couldn't of been happier with the whole experience.
Skye Christie was very professional and extremely helpful which made the experience a pleasant one.
Can't praise them enough.

I bought a renault captur April 2025 and the service I have had is terrible.
First the car had a terrible smell which has taken a year to get rid off.
It went in for a service this month and the wrong size of tyres were quoted incorrectly on the health check. The health check also said that my inflation kit expired considering I bought the car April 2025 and it expired 01/25 I will forgive them for that one as they replaced it.
I was told I was getting new mats never received them.
They received my cash and the after sales was not to be seen. Very disappointing.

Fantastic test drive and knowledgable advice from Thor over last couple of weeks.....and delighted to be driving off in new Born. Love it !

Offered car at good price.

The car is great. A good deal. All questions answered. Would have been handy to know we could have paid for the car in advance. Would have made handover easier. Not great communications about the car and the handover etc. No mention of the free charger or credit when picking up the car which is strange. Need to know all these things before we leave surely.

I can't thank Thor enough for his incredible help! He's super knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. After some bad experiences at Sheffield and Stockport SEAT CUPRA, Thor at Aberdeen CUPRA truly turned things around and made the whole process of buying a car enjoyable. Even though I'm about seven hours away, I opted for car delivery. The driver called a day early to say he could drop it off sooner, which was a massive help as I was ready for it. Communication after signing for our car was not great, however the car is fine and we were happy with the price.

The salesman, Thor, was very knowledgeable and helpful there was no pressure selling. The test drive, negotiations and handover on the new car were smooth and efficient.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a Cupra Formentor! The Salesman - Tyler was brilliant! His attitude and approach to us was first class! He explained everything so well and was a pleasure to deal with! Nothing was a problem to him and he always kept his word and did what he said he would do! He was the best salesman I ever dealt with!

Sales team were terrific at keeping me updated with progress and any queries I had.

Kabir was a great salesman, there was no pressure for a sale, and explained everything to a tee. He is a pleasant young man and well mannered. We were taken for a test drive which suited me better. The choice of cars was adequate and prices were ok.
