Really good service and would use them again. The salesman was only on his second day, so needed some support but he was still excellent. Any issues were resolved.

Great Service Skoda Dundee
Great service from Dundee Kerry was my sales representative, my experience from beginning to end was exceptional, Kerry kindly sent myself a video of the car I was interested in which for me sealed the sale and once I was at the garage to collect my new car I was not disappointed, the car was spotless and Kerry made the handover straight forward. Fantastic experience purchasing a new electric Škoda Enyaq at this dealership. Sales Executive Steven Roger went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went as smoothly as possible. He was courteous, non-patronising and at no point did I feel pressured during the process. He answered all my questions knowledgeably, making the whole process a good experience. And I absolutely love my new car!

New c ofar purchase journey
Overall I am well satisfied with the experience of buying a car from you. Scott was helpful and kept me abreast of development with the delivery schedule and also completion of the documentation. It would have been easier for a tachnophobe like me to have access to paper copies of the documents but I guess that does not seem to be available anywhere these days. The one thing that did disappointed me was on arrival for an arranged test drive there was not a car available for me. Scott explained that both cars were off-site due to use by other staff members.

Getting what you pay for
I came up last week and bought a Honda at £15000 we were told by salesman that the car had a full mot but on checking it only had a few meths also I pointed out that there scratches and a dent and was told that it would be sorted by time I received the car the dent was done but was told that they were waiting on the touch up paint colour and would get ph call when in still waiting I ph several l times to speak to the salesman that dealt with us but was never getting call back then I got one but I wasn't in and was told he would ph back still waiting as you can understand when you pay all that money you would think you would get better service sorry to put such a negative comment down as I don't like doing it but when you spend all that money you expect to get the service
