The service was very good. It was a bit concerning when I arrived and was informed that the car service would be 6 hours. I am sure that the receptionist had said 4. I don’t live in Dundee. There is no public transport to my house. I can entertain myself for up to 4 hours at the shops but 6 hours isn’t reasonable. When I pointed this out the member of staff said it would be done in 4 hours and it was. So in the end very good service but staff do need to remember that customers from rural areas cannot get themselves home while the service is being done- unless you provide a courtesy car of course

The process of buying my mini was very well explained and drawn up by David, explaining all the different options I had for paying! He was so clear and completely put my mind and any worries at ease, he took his time and went above and beyond, working past closing time! The deal was then handed over to Callum, another very positive experience - he was very helpful and led me through the process, answering any queries and securing the deal!

Awful staff and money grabbers for looking to see something is broken when I already knew - that was what it was there for to repair, and charged me to “diagnose” the clip was broken, which I told them when I booked it in.
