Nice Experience
It’s not always easy when you make the decision to change your car I decided to return to the BMW franchise following running a Mercedes on returned to J C BMW Dundee and following a discussion with a member of the sales team (Scott )about the different models I ordered a new car
It was delivered in seven days with the

This will be my 5th BMW I've bought from John Clark, the salesmen have always been fine and helpful, my one negative point is that I paid £299 for admin fees even though I paid cash for the vehicle , I found that a bit steep , apart from that I have no complaints .

Stress free car purchase
Having seen a car of interest online, we made contact with John Clark Tayside and promptly received a video via email showing details of the car.. On visiting the sales centre to view the car we were made very welcome and were pleasantly surprised that the car was ready and prepared for us to test drive. Having decided to purchase the car we were talked through all of the options available to us, with no sales pressure, so that we could make an informed decision as to what suited us best. When we collected the car the paperwork was fully explained to us and the signing process was completed quickly, after which we were talked through the cars controls and features so that we were confident to drive the car home. Overall we were more than happy with how the staff at John Clark Tayside treated us and handled the sale.
