Great until money changes hands
Great until money changes hands and they stop caring.
I bought a car off of them in July and they were great with helping me through this process however at the time I was told a spare key would be sent to me within a week. 7 weeks later and I was having to badger them with at least 5 emails which I wasn’t receiving any response to as to where this key was.
Eventually I got a response and the key was sent however I got a note through my door from Royal Mail saying that the £1.50 postage fee hadn’t been paid and they couldn’t deliver the key until I paid this. Don’t know if John Clark were being tight or petty but awful after sale service either way.
Wouldn’t recommend.
