Contacted the Newcastle team on Monday early morning to ask about collection and they replied super fast - the rubbish was gone by 10:30 am. Super happy with both service and price. Very reliable and efficient communication by whatsapp. Thank you

Contacted Jo Junk(Glasgow)on a Wednesday evening and within an hour I was given a price, which was very competitive. I was contacted the following morning, given a time and the rubbish was uplifted by Paul and Gary who left the site clean and tidy. I have used Jo Junk previously and will continue to so. Competitive pricing, nice guys, quick and efficient uplift. What's not to like?

Great service quick and straightforward all nice staff
Shout out to Kyle and Gary cheers 🍻

Used the service for the first time today, all went well, very easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This company provides an outstanding service.
Nicholas and Gary, who arrived to collect my junk were highly professional, efficient and ultra helpful. I could not recommend them highly enough. The service is incredibly prompt and responsive, even at weekends.

Michael and Gary were great. Very professional, helpful, polite and very friendly. Great service. Thank you. Highly recommended. We’ve used them twice now.

Absolutely brilliant service from Joe Junks! Marty and his co-worker were such lovely guys, so friendly and helpful. They came to price the job and ended up doing it there and then for a great price. Cleared out two sheds that were completely full to the brim with old broken toys and rubbish, dismantled the sheds, and took them away too. There was so much that they couldn’t fit it all in the truck, but true to their word they came back by 8:30 the next morning to finish the job. Very professional service from start to finish — would highly recommend ☺️

Highly recommended, very professional and polite. Reasonable price and avilable accordingly as you requeste. My whole house cleared in minutes in sunderland.
Thanks for helping us to make our life easy.

Firstly, Paul and Paul. I apologise for the length of time it has taken me to write this review.
I used JoeJunk in March to assist in me moving home and clearing out. They removed 2 x drawers, a wardrobe, 2 single beds with mattresses, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Unfortunately, we ran into trouble when one of the Paul's got stuck in the lift for a long time. As soon as Paul was free, he rushed back into my property and removed the washing machine. What a credit to the business these two men are. The other Paul bashed on alone to get the job done!!
Paul and Paul.. I appreciated you then, and now. Thank you for everything that you both did to help.

Excellent service from this company , Marty and Nick were fast , efficient and very friendly. Job well done ! Would defo recommend and will be using them again in the future . Thanks

I used joejunk to remove a 3 seater settee and armchair from our property and service I received was excellent at a very competitive price. The 2 lads arrived on time and got the job done in under 10 minutes. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

They replied to our message within 15 mins. Once we have send photos of what we needed moving they came back quickly with a quote which was within our budget. They arranged a same day collection giving a time frame window of 2pm-5pm. They came just after 2pm and the two guys were friendly and got right to work. They took everything quickly and left the area tidy. Service, price and timing were great. Would highly recommend.

We needed to dispose of a large moth-ridden wool carpet in a 2nd floor bedroom. Joejunk gave a very competitive quote and arrived promptly at 11.30 as promised after we had contacted them at 09.00. Brilliant service.

Joe’s Junk was incredible for us! So Professional! Straight forward, No bs. Amazing company. Fast and reliable service by a pair of very skilled gentlemen.

I couldn’t be more happier!

They saved our garden!

10/10 service they were extremely quick at removing a lot of rubbish from my garden, and were responsive and told me when they would arrive. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and are the textbook definition of professional. There was no fuss they just went and picked up several years of clutter from our garden in less than 30 mins! I think they are really good and I will recommend them to any of my friends or family. I hope many more people choose them as they are very efficient at what they do and it was a very straight forward process. Thanks again lads, I will most likely be back in touch if I ever need anything removed again! It was a good price, and they revived my garden which was covered in useless rubbish.

Thanks again lads.

We've used Joe Junk three times now and we genuinely wouldn't use anyone else now. Robert and Marty collected today, and as per usual, the guys were friendly and efficient 🙂‍↕️

Excellent pricing, professional speedy service arrived as arranged. Would recomend without reservation. Carolyn South Shields.

Today I had a pile black bags uplifted, (Bailleston area) I have used this company several times now and the response has been quick and very efficient. The guys have a professional well mannered attitude, with a friendly approach. I will continue to use this company as I’m very happy with the service. 👍🏻

From the start we had a bed settee that needed to be uplifted. It was upstairs. Settee was taken apart and put in the van. They text to say when they would arrive. They removed shoes. Two very nice guys .
I would use JoeJunk again. And would recommend them .
Thanks .

This is the 3rd time I have used Joe junk. Quick reliable service. Good value and leave everything tidy.

Love this Company and would highly recommend. Arranged for guys to come out and they arrived on time. They were friendly, very helpful and considerate. Nothing was a hassle. Took everything away that l had asked to be taken away and brushed up outside after breaking down a fireplace to be taken away. If any reviews are bad about this company, l would strongly disagree. I will be a returning customer and will be recommending to anyone who requires this service.
