Brilliant company
Excellent telephone help from very experienced staff. Ordered 170mm pepperpots - great price on line. Very prompt delivery by a courteous helpful driver. Best company I've dealt with in a long time & would definitely use them again. Passed on their details to my roofer!

Had to fight for a refund
Ordered items for a chimney.
Never were delivered in the time frame stated. I had scaffolding up and needed it and was told I would receive the order on time.
Paid via bank transfer.
It took 3 weeks from payment and a lot of phone calls to get a refund.
Their sales person who sold me the items was plain rude to myself and my elderly client who had paid from her account for the items. He never put the return request through, I had to call to get this done after their 10 working day terms!
Seriously not good.

Delivery of your velux roof lite
Delivery of your velux roof lite said 2 to 4 working days est. before I put my order in . Once ordered I get an email saying 10 working days at the earliest.
NOT A VERY GOOD ESTIMATE!!!!!!
To me that is poor service .
I have now got to fit the bathroom before the window!

As expressed by our Order Processing Team, in this instance the tiles were unavailable company-wide, and we could not order a full pallet of a non-stocked product. We offered alternatives, and agreed with you to a refund when no alternative was satisfactory.

Great friendly customer service, prompt replies and quick delivery. There was a delay but that was a courier issue not JJ roofing and Dale was extremely helpful throughout to get the delivery sorted,
