Since posting my laat review i was contacted by Gemma who credited my account due to my poor experience so i have ordered a pair of earrings & wanted to say thankyou

The standard reply from Jewellerbox - laughable, I have seen numerous of them it is as disappointing as the product itself.
It's clear from other reviews that this is a pattern — the same apologetic wording, the same dismissal of valid concerns, and no real accountability. Claiming to offer "high-quality pieces at fair prices" simply doesn’t hold up when what’s delivered is cheaply made and overpriced.

Yes, the ring was personalised — but that doesn’t exempt you from your legal obligation under UK consumer law to provide goods of acceptable quality. The engraving was substandard, the ring did not match the described weight, and your so-called goodwill gesture (10% refund or a 20% voucher) was frankly insulting given I paid €525.

Your refusal to acknowledge the core issue — poor value and misleading presentation — speaks volumes. Empty apologies won’t fix that.

I liked the fact that that had a variety of nose rings in sterling silver. The service was fast and efficient and the nose rings were well presented and packaged. I will definitely buy from them again.

Don’t usually write reviews but I don’t want other people to be scammed. I bought a 9ct ring that was not real . Completely fake. Inside looks like it’s sprayed on you can see what the actual material it is on the inside of the ring it looks cheap and like costume jewellery, I contacted several times after first receiving the fake ring and had no response about a refund but they give speedy responses when you leave a bad review, not ok!! I stopped chasing after a while ! But Do not get scammed as I have done £185 wasted
