Amazing pieces very durable and aestheticly pleasing highly recommended

I hadn’t heard of the company before, but checked independent reviews and ordered a silver band ring. I’m very pleased with it and the price compares very well to similar (identical, I think) rings elsewhere. Good size range. Easy to use website. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived promptly and all ok excellent price for 3 gold earrings

I bought a gorgeous gold chain necklace with a disc pendant. It was genuinely so beautiful, petite and delicate.
Sadly, it broke after 4 months of wear. I was pretty devastated, because it was so lovely and was a gift from my partner.
Anyway... I thought I'd contact customer support, to see about repairing it. Kundan was fantastic! I explained how important the necklace was, took a photo of the broken chain and Kundan promised that if I sent just the chain, Jewellerybox would either try to repair it or send a new chain free of charge.
A few days later, I posted the broken chain and then within less than a week, a new chain came through the post. Honestly, I was gobsmacked by how generous the company was with helping me with something that was quite expensive!
Thank you all so much, I'll definitely be purchasing from you guys again in the future. :)

The ones I selected came packaged very well, I was impressed by the packaging and the back of the stud earrings were perfect and fit just right.
