I absolutely love my new wedding band. Although there were a few issues getting the sizing just right, I can’t praise this company enough for how they handled everything. I purchased something nose studs they where described as sterling silver. They are not im seriously allergic to nickle and only nickle which is why I buy sterling silver, ive had really bad reaction to these nose studs, its extremely disappointing seem you can trust anything online anymore.

Well im not sure what's happened but I've had to purchase different nose studs because I can not wear yours.

Check the size of your rings! I have been sent the wrong ring size twice which is frustrating. The rings are quite dainty and don’t include any indication of size, but feeling that something was off I measured them on my mandrel and sure enough, they weren’t the size I ordered. I understand making an error and getting this wrong once, but twice is rather annoying. Customer service are fine but not super apologetic or understanding towards the inconvenience. Still waiting to receive the correct order!

I received a sterling silver nose ring and within 2 days of wearing it it has turned black. This is quite disappointing as I thought with it being sterling silver it would last a bit longer.

I received the earrings in a nice envelope, with extra packaging inside and then another layer of packaging. Because they are very tiny, I opened them to see them properly and compare them before deciding which pair I wanted to keep.

There was no information anywhere on the envelope, box, or packaging stating that opening the item would affect my right to a refund. When I decided I did not like one of the items, I processed the return immediately, only to learn that returns are accepted, but only for store credit.

What made this even worse was that Tori from the chat acted as though no return was possible at all, while the standard online return form clearly allows returns for store credit instead of a refund. She tried to present store credit as a one-off solution just for me, even though that is simply the standard option already offered through their online return form. The complete lack of information, followed by further misleading statements from staff, is extremely concerning and honestly makes me question whether this is even legal, especially if the information is hidden deep in the terms and not clearly stated anywhere on the packaging or in the parcel.

I recently ordered a sterling silver personalised pendant with my late Nans fingerprint and handwriting on the other! Am so pleased with it, the customer service was 5* throughout, Kate answered all my questions quickly and the pendant arrived in a couple of days. As it was something very important to me I really hoped it would be as I expected, and it is perfect!! Will def be using again.
