Excellent customer support
After booking flights, I had a question about the cost of options as invoiced. Called Customer Support and I was extremely pleased with the way my inquiry was handled, Very good and objective conversation with Tracey, who listened carefully and picked up on key points; and then made her own inquiries. Very disappointed with Jet2’s customer…
Very disappointed with Jet2’s customer service. After someone mistakenly took my suitcase from the baggage carousel, a Jet2 representative told me to take the identical bag that had been left behind and said Jet2 would arrange the swap. Instead, I was later told to sort it out myself.
This left me €120 out of pocket for a taxi to the other side of the island to exchange the bags. After waiting weeks for a response to my complaint, Jet2 simply refused to take any responsibility, despite me following their staff’s advice. Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing way to treat customers

Racist, kicked out muslims while other inside was frunk, kicked out the only 5 people form another country and said ”im kicking u out because u bring trouble to this country” word for word hes now in court filing a lawsuit and wanting his money back cause their not willing to give it back. Excellent Flights between Bristol and Kefalonia
Our flights with Jet2, from Bristol to Kefalonia and back, were both very pleasant. The cabin staff and the ground staff were all very friendly and helpful, and overall I found my experiences with Jet2 to be much better than the other holiday airlines I have travelled with.

Disgusted by the discriminatory treatment at the airport
I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the treatment I received from Jet2holidays. During my trip, I experienced blatant discrimination and Islamophobic behavior from the staff at the airport. Instead of feeling welcomed and safe, I was singled out and treated with hostility and disrespect simply because of my faith.
A holiday company should ensure that all customers are treated equally and with dignity, regardless of their background or religion. Jet2holidays completely failed to do this. This ruined my entire experience, and the airport staff made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome before my journey even properly began.
True story about Jet2…
I want to write a true story about Jet2 airline. Last night I had to cancel my flight to Izmir in Turkey due to a death in my family. Today I received an email from Jet2 saying my money I paid to the company cannot be refunded and I have to call it a big scam and crime. In the future if they let me fly with their company for free I would not go because the worst airline not only in the UK but in the whole world. I am 65 years old but this has never happened to me in my life, shame on this company how they steal money from customers. I would never recommend them even to my worst enemy because how do they think it should be normal, it is a big robbery on their part, it means whether you used our service or not we take your money. Dear readers of this truth about Jet2 airline, please keep in mind that this company will take your money whether you fly with them or not, shame on them. I am really sorry that I cannot leave less than one star. Thank you very much to all the readers of my truth about Jet2. Kind regards
Just back from a jet 2 holiday flying…
Just back from a jet 2 holiday flying from Edinburgh to Antalya Turkey. Staying at the Ali bey Shorgun hotel.
After a two hour flight delay due to “technical issues” with plane, we arrived at the hotel at 12.30am. To our horror we were informed by the man at reception that we had no reservation! We were informed that the hotel was full and also that there was nobody available to speak to from jet 2 until morning. We thought we were spending the night on the street with our children. Eventually after nearly two hours of stress and pleading, we were offered a “temporary room” at a cost of 400 euros on our credit card!
The room we got clearly was never used as stank of mould and dampness. Restaurant was also shut due to the time so we were starving.
Got sorted the next day thankfully, but lost a whole day moving cases about. On our flight back further jet 2 delays. This time three hours two of which sat in the plane on the tarmac. Then two hours delay getting our cases back at Edinburgh Airport. The jet 2 lady blaming short staff? Total nightmare. DO NOT USE JET 2!!!
Second To None
Probably one of the easiest 5 star reviews I've given for my past experiences with Jet2 holidays, although I haven't flown for over a year due to health issues but prior to that this was my number 1 go to travel company due to their professionalism and well mannered, helpful staff.
What has prompted me to submit this review is that I strongly object to the witch-hunt that's currently going on....I counted 50 one star reviews on the first 4 pages with many slandering this company with racism, I know there's an social media outburst at the moment because 5 Muslim men were refused boarding therefore in my opinion there should only be 5 reviews regarding this because it's to my understanding that a Trustpilot review is about YOUR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE not for others jumping on the bandwagon, some even have the audacity to write a one star review because of the supposed 'racism their friends received' they weren't even there to witness this and I sincerely hope Jet2 and Trustpilot are investigating these witch-hunters. Trustpilot has reviewers email address's so they can contact them with the false profile names and Jet2 can check back customers flying history and if they are not listed then these reviews should be removed immediately
Extremely disappointed with the way our…
Extremely disappointed with the way our situation was handled by a Jet2 member of staff, Shelly, at Birmingham Airport.
At the gate, Shelly refused to allow us to take our laptop onboard the aircraft. She told us we had only two options: either miss our flight and wait for the laptop to be screened again, or board the flight without it. She assured us that the laptop would be safely kept in lost property and that we could collect it upon our return.
We relied on the advice we were given and boarded the flight without the laptop. However, on our return, we have spent hours being passed between Jet2 staff and Birmingham Airport staff, with neither party able to tell us where the laptop is. No one seems to know who took responsibility for it or where it has ended up.
To make matters even worse, we have since been informed by other Jet 2 agents that Shelly should never have refused to let us take the laptop onboard in the first place, as laptops are permitted to be carried in the aircraft cabin regardless of being screened or not. Had the correct procedures been followed, this entire situation could have been avoided.
This has caused us significant stress, wasted hours of our time, and left us without an expensive personal item that we were assured would be kept safe. We trusted the information provided by your member of staff, and as a direct result, our laptop is now missing.
I sincerely hope no other passengers are put in this position due to incorrect advice from a member of staff.
