Jazwares, an Amazing Company
I visited their booth at Fan Expo 2024. My kids are Squishmallow collectors.
Hats-off to Jazwares for giving ultimate entertainment to their fans. All their team members were very helpful in guiding people and handing toys. They were just keeping the atmosphere all positive. Specially, much thanks to Justin for going extra miles in giving favour.

Good customer service but bad manufacturer warranty
Ive had excellent communications from them and they did replace the spoon for Interactive JJ doll but it broke again a month or so later and now the doll is completely broken...first the music stopped working now the doll is falling apart. Definately not suitable for an under 3 year old and they wont replace the doll because over 6 months old

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, releases rare limited edition squishmallows but doesn't even ship them outside of the USA, all-round terrible company that clearly doesn't care about their customers.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. Whoever is making decisions for them should be fired. They over produce most of their items and under produce certain ones they choose forcing collectors to have to pay outrageous rates if they want certain items. A TOY COMPANY DOING THIS? Product quality is not that great either and their QC is substandard.
