I have used Jaymans lettings for nearly ten years. They have always been professional and completely reliable and always go that extra mile as nothing is too much for them. I sadly lost my husband last year who mainly used to deal with our properties to let. Fortunately Jaymans have been so good they have dealt with everything for me if I have any problems or need new tenants. They are always so helpful and friendly whenever I speak to them and constantly keep me updated with everything that is going on with my properties. Contacted Julie and her team who responded to my request as a Neighbour of an Existing Landlord with Jaymans regarding an a removal of a Cherry Tree.

Our viewings were done by Miss E McGuinness who gave great feedback after each one . Once a sale was agreed ( after only 5 days we were kept up to date with proceedings each week until the sale was completed 10 weeks after the house going up for sale .
We could not have hoped for better service and information .

Although after my initial consultation with the Financial advisor, I received little to no update on my request. Karen Hancox was fantastic, keeping me fully up to date, letting me know about any issues or delays and the action she had taken to resolve them. If you are lucky enough to deal with Karen, then great, if you get Mark then go elsewhere.
