Jayman Estate Agents Omdömen

Excellent company and Laura was so helpful. After applying for a property it took just over a week to move in. We were kept up to date with emails, wich is a lot more than can be said about another local letting company. Would highly recommend jaymans, friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
Thanks again Laura

Absolutely outstanding service! I called Jayman as had to fix a tap. Cortney managed to arrange contractor so quickly and efficient. Honestly can't rate Jayman Estate agents highly enough!! We had to pull out of a house purchase at the last minute and our buyers were keen to move in to our old property so we had to move fast! We contacted Jayman and they arranged a viewing for us. I can't believe how quickly they managed to take us from viewing it to the paperwork being sorted to us getting the keys - it all took place within a couple of days!! They were all professional, replied quickly to my (numerous!) emails and were fantastic throughout - thank you!!

We needed a home, our house was flooded out & our insurance put us in a hotel as we couldn’t live at home of which this hotel then had to close due to Coronavirus. We had found a property to rent which was perfect & Laura helped us so much in getting this through for us quickly. Under these extremely difficult unprecedented times Laura was always polite, friendly & understanding. Always available via telephone or email & very helpful. She really is an asset to Jaymans. Laura - a huge thank you ❤️ for helping us get our temporary home, you were amazing ⭐️

Fantastic service!

Times are scary, and while many estate agents didn't get back to us on lettings, didn't keep us updated or straight up refused to let us view anything, Jay Mitchinson from Jayman was really awesome.

Though we weren't allowed to view prior to application, Jay offered to video call us from the property, pushed our references through quicker than usual, and have allowed us to do our own inventory to reduce the time other people would be in the property. We even picked the keys up from a colleague's home and didn't come within 10 meters of her!

Thank you for being so understanding of our personal situation and grafting hard to get us in Jay

I am sure that in any normal circumstances the staff at Jaymans deliver great customer service however, given the current situation we are in, they have been outstanding.
Thry have delivered great customer service to myself both being available in person for my viewing, all the way through to completion over the phone and even through their shop window ;-)
Thank you Guys and thank you for my new home.

Poplars Lichfield Limited have been using Jayman Lettings for a while now and they have proved to be a very reliable and professional team. They have provided us with an excellent service and communication has been excellent. We have used quite a few members of staff at Jaymans and all have been great, although Jay Mitchinson has been the main contact and he has been extremely professional and helpful in all our dealings with him.

I mostly dealt with Jay Mitchinson who has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Though everyone I spoke to was very nice. The communication has been brilliant.

Jayman's have organised the rental of our property in Alrewas. They have been very professional and completely reliable. Thank you for your support and professional service.
We have no hesitation recommending Jayman's to others.

Jay Mitchinson was super friendly and really informative.
he helped me move into my first property with ease, making the experience of finding and viewing houses effortlessly. Excellent Customer service goes a long way and Jay Mitchinson was definitely above par with great communication skills and a friendly welcoming approach. i would like to thank Jay Mitchinson for the easy transfer to my new home.

We are current renting a property and have only been in for a few weeks. This is our first time renting with the property being managed by a letting agent. Due to the recent storm Ciara we had some damage to the property. I contacted jaymans and within a few hours we have received calls from different contractors wanting to come and assess the damage. Thank you for your quick response.

Jayman”s dealt with the rental of our new home in Lichfield. I predominately spoke and dealt with Jay at the office and found him courteous; knowledgeable and professional. Jay kept us up to date on what was going on and ensured that any queries were dealt with expeditiously and explained thoroughly. Definitely recommend.

Erin is great and a true professional! Arranged for me to view a property and then liaised with sellers to get me my dream house to renovate.
Kept in touch throughout the purchase.
