JAY 'DONT' CARE
Bought a re conditioned stairlift for my mother in law from Jay-care at a cost of £1000 about 2 years ago, they told us that they would buy it back from us when it was no longer needed, but when asked to come and buy back the stairlift they told us they could take it away for us, but they couldn't buy it back as it was now obsolete.
Please get their promises in writing before agreeing to anything .

We had a fault which occurred at night …
We had a fault which occurred overnight. Jaycare was at our door first thing . Reviewed the situation replaced the unit under warranty and the guy was excellent thanks again excellent service

Outstanding, knowledgeable, out-of-hours support
Outstanding out-of-hours support when my Dad's stairlift failed - not even supplied by them but having left a message, had a quick call back on a Saturday.
Immensely helpful Paul talked me through some steps to fault-find and in 10 mins we were all up and running.
It makes such a difference to receive both a personal touch and someone who knows what they're doing, and clearly is not trying to take you for a ride. "What's most important is to get your Dad's stairlift going".
What more can you say!
(The existing support came out, concluded it was irreparable, obsolete, so "no parts available" (rubbish) and offered to qute for a new stairlift).
