We have been to jay-Care this week to purchase a bed lever and they arranged for someone to come to my mum’s home to make sure it was safe and that it was what they needed, the service we received was above and beyond and I can not recommend them enough. In the past we have also purchased a wheel chair and a scooter and on both occasion’s they made sure we had all the information on the products and brought them to my mums home for her to try them first. If you need anything for help with mobility I can highly recommend Jay-Care. 5*

Absolutely amazing family-run business with hearts of gold. I contacted Paul as I knew a family who were in a difficult situation trying to get beds for the children, and not only did they help them get exactly what we needed, they went above and beyond by coming and building them too because they had no tools.

The kindness, care, and compassion they showed meant more than words can say. It’s rare to find people who genuinely want to help others, but this family truly does. The children were so excited to have a bed and not to be sleeping on the floor the service was incredible, and the whole experience restored our faith in good people.

When my Mum became ill, Jaycare were absolutely fantastic. They cam and fitted all the equipment she required. Any problems, sorted straight away. This was a such a brilliant service at a very stressful time.

Stairlift ordered and fitted within 2 weeks. There was a hiccup at about 4 days but this was sorted within 15 minutes of call. Couldn't ask for better.

Absolute scumbags, I'm still waiting for the money (£75) for a mobility scooter we bought for £550 and sold it back to them, they took the scooter and said we would get the money as soon as it sold, it's been over 6 weeks, why should I have to wait until you sell it to get the £75

They've made zero effort to contact me or provide any kind of update

Jay Care in Burnley are a brilliant business that assist may individuals with their mobility needs.

We however are a charity who they have kindly supported for a few years and their cash donations have helped our charity; Lancashire First CIO; to improve experiences for adults with learning disabilities that we support.

With their generous donations, year on year we are able to treat our service users, many of who also volunteer for us, to desserts at our Christmas Party and individuals gifts of chocolate boxes.

Jay Care are a fantastic business with helpful staff and kind hearts and we are grateful for their continued support.

My experience with Jay care was excellent, the staff were so professional and informative. The staff member who came to my parents house was really polite and explained the instructions on how to use the scooter very patiently to my parents. I contacted Paul regarding a kit sponsor and a quick few days the kits were sorted, no problems no hassle and he even took time out of hours to come and hand it out to the lads in my team which they was all really happy with.

Had great dealings with this company dealing with not only my 98 year old Grandma but also my parents too… Nothing has ever been too much trouble, my Gran managing to switch off the stairlift half way down and thought she was stuck and they came out and sorted her with no charge. That is what business is all about, not just the initial sell… Highly recommended… We will return for any products we need for our family and suggest you do the same, you won’t be disappointed.
