very good communication, with my first order they sent twice and these two parcels were lost in LocalDPD Blue and sent as I asked through Parcelforce and this time it was successful, finally after about a week I received my parcel.

Fantastic service I ordered the mattress for my sons bed, it came on the day that I chose, the gentleman was very helpful with both delivery and taking away the old mattress, God bless him. It looks good and after laying on it for a little while l though it was quite conformable

On the order that you placed, the company name and postcode were the same on the billing address and shipping address.
As we use the postcode and then company name to find the delivery address on the couriers website, it would have automatically shown the billing address because the postcode and company were the same.

Slow delivery
The products was as expected however the delivery time was very slow compared to other companies especially as there is a delivery charge. Most companies offer free delivery over a certain amount and generally its next day delivery

We are sorry that you found our delivery time very slow.
We received your order after 4pm on 4th March and so it was not processed until 5th and then dispatched on 6th March which was a Friday.
As the courier company we use do not deliver over the weekend, your order was delivered on Monday 9th March.

Did not receive item. Contacted them on 7th March and as of today, 22nd March, I've heard nothing. Opened a dispute with Paypal and they haven't replied to that either, so beware

Hi Bev,
Having looked back on our emails we can see that you sent a message on 7th March and we apologise that we did not see your e-mail explaining what had happened.
Your order was dispatched on 1st March and as you were not at home when DPD attempted to deliver the parcel a card was left.
We have checked the DPD tracking and it looks as though DPD did not attempt to deliver your order again when they said they would on 6th March and their tracking shows that the parcel was on its way back to us.
This was on 7th March and we have not received the parcel back so we will put in a complaint with DPD.
We have also not received any emails from Paypal regarding a dispute but have just checked our Paypal account and can see the details.
We have authorised the refund and apologise again for not replying to your email.
