Great deal but someone is answering my partner's calls, he tries to call so many times till he can get me.. I tried to contact any of the team but no reply at all.. I would recommend it if you be more in touch with the customers..

This does not work properly. Someone else answering my phone calls to my partner. Tried contacting the team but never any reply. Would not recommend to anyone stops working after so long!!!!!

Can you please accept that there are PPI etc calls that call numbers on automated numbers.
This is sometimes beyond our control.
Able to speak for much longer :)

The rates they charge inmates for phone calls is ridiculous...
The rates they charge inmates for phone calls is ridiculous. After hearing about this app and downloading its saved us both time, stress and money. He’s able to ring my mobile while I’m at work at a fraction of what it would normally cost. Very few faults with this service Aswell, and the few minor ones: Not being able to top up, user line saying it’s busy. Have been a bit annoying but sorted itself out quite quickly.

I’ve used this service for the last 4…
I’ve used this service for the last 4 years. It’s been great up until recently the last 4 months or so when he tries to call it says user busy this has gone on for days at a time. I have have contacted yourselves regarding this with no response. if it continues I will be moving to another provider.

Used this for a while now
Used this for a while now. Only just started having problems. At least once a week it won’t ring though or says user busy however the phone or the number isn’t been used. I’ve messaged the support team many times and had no reply however managed to get in touch with two lovely girls that work on the team that have helped with the problem quickly as possible over the past couple of days. It’s good when it works and does help me and my partner have longer calls for cheaper rates.
