My partner been trying to ring me for 2 days and keeps saying user busy but nobody is using the phone. Emailed the company at least 5 or 6 times and still no reply!!!!

Worst company ever. Joke!!!!!
Worst company ever.. I’ve emailed them 3x with no reply, I signed up bought minutes, my partner called me 2 days in a row and then it stopped working, he was telling me he was ringing me but it’s not ringing through, so I’ve wasted my money with this company, and got no explanation at all. Don’t bother wasting your time it’s a joke and they have no other way of contacting them apart from emailing. Oh and then at 2:46 in the morning when my partner would be banged up in his cell I get a text from these lot saying “Your inmate just tried to call you on your JailTelecom number.Your balance is 0 and you will need to top-up your account.TOP UP HERE NOW 😂 what a blag.. no one tried to call me & If he did he defiantly wouldn’t be calling me from your company as it hasn’t worked at all and that was from 2 weeks ago.
